The Innovative Application Of Assembly Decoration Technology In Apartment Products

With the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend,the Labor supply rate has been decreasing year by year,at the same time,the domestic housing industry has developed in the direction of industrialization,and the operating mode between the industries has already changed,at present,research and development of cross-industry,multi-domain assembly system has become an urgent need of real estate enterprises.China's prefabricated building has entered a period of full development as the country vigorously promotes the construction and development of prefabricated building and long term rental apartments.Prefabricated building is a combination of integrated thinking and design,research and development,and construction models,to speed up production efficiency,improve product quality,economic advantage growth and sustainable development concept as the goal of reform,among them,the industrialization of architecture and the industrialization of interior decoration are the main links and the key technical means.At present,the national policy has requested the housing industrialization to complete the decoration throughout,this covered the structure construction industrialization and the decoration decoration industrialization.The industrialization of structure construction has been gradually perfected,but the industrialization of decoration is still in its infancy.In this paper,the SI system and the assembly decoration technology system as the entry point,the standardization technology,industrial production parts as the basic,assembly decoration technology combing integration,combined with the National Building Coordination Modulus Standard and ergonomics theory,the innovative application of assembly decoration technology in apartment products is explored.The core content of this paper is divided into two parts,namely,practice investigation and research.First of all,by analyzing the domestic and foreign assembly-type housing industry status and the existing domestic related literature and research results,discussed the assembly-type decoration technology in apartment product relevance.Secondly,it briefly describes the difference between the assembling decoration and the traditional decoration,and analyzes the social value and industrial value brought by the assembling decoration.Based on the existing product system of assembling decoration technology department,this paper analyzes the composition and structure of assembling decoration system,makes extensive investigation and analysis on the components and construction technology of the existing materials,and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing materials and technology,it provides the thinking mode and material for the follow-up Improvement Research.This paper puts forward the problems existing in the current assembling decoration and the technical path and guiding ideology for solving the problems,and then carries on the technical transformation of the related materials and technologies to meet the requirements of the assembling decoration,to meet the requirements of higher integration,modularization,standardization,assembly,serialization and generalization,and to obtain the concept of performance objectives of related materials and the implementation technical measures corresponding to these objectives,at last,we design the construction technology of Rapid Assembly,and apply the assembly technology and interior parts system to the long-term rental apartment.
