Compared with the traditional building model,prefabricated buildings have been widely promoted in many countries because of the advantages of less pollution,fast construction speed and high resource utilization.Prefabrication is still in the initial stage of development in China,and it is urgent to introduce a new management model.As an emerging information technology,BIM technology can provide new impetus for the development of prefabricated buildings.This dissertation uses an assembled monolithic residential project as the engineering background.Based on the analysis of BIM technical characteristics,first,models of various specialties were created and collision detection was performed.The problems existing in the original design drawings were corrected to ensure that the unreasonable points in the original design drawings were modified and improved,which improved the quality of prefabricated buildings.Secondly,the schedule was associated with the three-dimensional models of various specialties.Through the construction simulation software,the entire construction process was simulated before construction,and the unreasonableness of the schedule is found and adjusted in advance to make the construction management staff better.The application of Guanglianda software to create the site layout drawings as a three-dimensional model makes the construction site planning more reasonable,improves the construction efficiency,and also improves the land utilization rate of the construction site.Finally,BIM5 D software was used in the construction process to unify the engineering quantity list,cost budget list,and previous models and schedules into one platform for real-time and detailed management and control of the construction process and the refinement of the construction process.The deployment of construction resources makes the entire construction process more efficient.This study achieves the goal of applying BIM technology to optimize prefabricated building design and construction management,and provide a reference for similar prefabricated construction management in the future.
