Vehicle-pedestrian collision is one of the main types of traffic accidents in our country.Pedestrians often have a higher casualty rate in accidents.Therefore,vehicle-pedestrian collision accidents are highly concerned by the society. In the identification of traffic accidents, the determination of collision speed is the main content of accident identification. For human-vehicle collisions, there are fewer on-site traces. In particular, most vehicles are equipped with ABS systems, which leads to incomplete braking marks on the road.In this case, how to accurately calculate the vehicle speed and reconstruction the entire process of the accident is a difficult problem in the field of accident identification. In this context, the study on the reconstruction of vehicle-pedestrian collision accident is carried out,and the results of the reconstruction are verified according to the situation of pedestrian head injury,in order to calculate the collision speed more accurately and reconstruction the whole process of the accident.Firstly, this thesis discusses the research methods of vehicle-pedestrian collision accidents and summarizes the mechanism and evaluation indicators of pedestrian head injury.Subsequently, the main parameters involved in the vehicle-pedestrian collision accident are classified, and 10 parameters are selected from the actual accident handling experience.Orthogonal test is designed and simulate in PC-Crash.The sensitivity of parameters is analyzed by using the simulation test data and the parameters that have a greater influence on the collision results are obtained.Secondly,on the basis of parameter sensitivity analysis,a multi-factor simulation test is designed to further explore the impact of five parameters of collision speed, vehicle front height, vehicle front length, collision position and pedestrian height on pedestrian throw distance.By regression analysis of test data, the regression equation of vehicle speed based on pedestrian throw distance is obtained.Combined with real cases, the practicability of the regression equation obtained is verified.Combining real cases, the practicability of the regression equation obtained is verified and PC-Crash is used to reconstruction the accident.Based on the vehicle speed calculated by the regression equation, the vehicle speed is adjusted to make the simulation result consistent with the accident scene, and finally a simulation vehicle speed that is more in line with the accident scene situation is obtained. Finally, the influencing factors of head injury are studied, and a vehicle-pedestrian collision simulation model is established in MADYMO.The vehicle speed obtained by PC-Crash simulation is used as the input of the model, and the head injury parameters are used as the main output of the model.By comparing the head injury parameters with the pedestrian head injury in the accident, the accuracy of the vehicle speed obtained by PC-Crash simulation is verified, and the feasibility of using head injury to check the accident reconstruction is also illustrated. In this thesis, the regression equation which can be used to calculate the collision speed is obtained through the simulation experiments, and the joint simulation of PC-Crash and MADYMO is used to reconstruction the real vehicle-pedestrian accident cases. It is of great significance to accurately calculate the speed of the collision, analyze the cause of the accident, and determine the responsibility of the accident, and it can provide a reference for the handling of traffic accidents.
