Every year,the number of casualties caused only by traffic accidents in our country exceeds 200,000,and the proportion of dead persons exceeds 25 percent.The loss is very serious,and the frequent traffic accidents seriously threaten the lives and property of the people.Therefore,the comprehensive and systematic analysis and study of the traffic accidents between vehicles and pedestrians,and the summary of the law of pedestrian damage have important application value for accurately restoring the accident process,calculating the collision speed and judging the accident responsibility.This paper introduces the commonly used speed calculation method and its deficiency,and briefly summarizes the tolerance limit and evaluation index of pedestrian damage in various parts of the accident.by analyzing the whole process of the front,middle and rear of the automobile and pedestrian collision,15 parameters related to the accident reconstruction results are extracted from the pedestrian,accident vehicle and road,and the respective value range is determined.the simulation test is designed by using the latin supercube test design tool in matlab,and the simulation is carried out in pc-crash.The results show that the automobile braking distance SC,the pedestrian throwing distance SP and the pedestrian-vehicle stop distance SCP are the most sensitive to the reconstruction of the accident,and the road surface adhesion coefficient FC and Fp,the moving speed of the pedestrian VP and the height HP,the mass of the vehicle MC,and the angle of the collision are the second most sensitive to the accuracy of the reconstruction.based on the results of parameter sensitivity analysis,the optimized random forest speed prediction model is constructed.the accuracy of the model is verified by two actual accidents,and the error value is about 2%,which indicates that it has certain practical value.Using MADYMO to simulate the traffic accident,the pedestrian damage law of car and SUV under different collision speed,angle and pedestrian height is compared and studied.The pedestrian damage in the accident is taken as the checking parameter of the accident reconstruction,and the result of the accident reconstruction is further optimized by the joint simulation of PC-CRASH and MADYMO,and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.In this paper,a method of reconstructing the collision accident between vehicle and pedestrian is proposed.The machine learning method can improve the accuracy and reduce the computation.With the establishment and improvement of accident investigation system and accident database,the level of traffic accident reproduction in our country will be greatly improved,and the research results of this paper have certain practical significance to it.
