Research On Innovation Design Of Medical Bed Based On Scenario Analysis

Medical bed is an indispensable medical equipment of surgery and postoperative rehabilitation,which has attracted more and more attention.Since patients are unwilling to be exposed to the public,traditional medical bed may cause patients’ secondary-injury.Based on Scenario Analysis and Function Analysis method,this paper has designed a medical bed which meets the needs of these users.The research contents of this paper are as follows:Through the investigation and research on users of medical beds,this paper subdivided the users’ groups,observing and analyzing the users’ behavior habits and psychological activities,respectively described the mildly patients,severely patients and emergency patients in detail under the specific situation of using medical beds,effectively excavated the implicit and explicit needs of users to construct the demand model.The AHP was used to construct the comparison matrix,then work out the demand weight and determined the five highest demands.Based on the Function Analysis method,this paper analyzed the system function of current medical beds,using black box method to obtain the general function.Then this paper divided the sub-functions and constructed the function tree and the function structure diagram.Finally,combined with ergonomics and other design theory,the function element was solved and the scheme innovation was obtained by using morphological matrix,this research proposed a new medical bed function principle scheme.Furthermore,the AHP was used to construct the evaluation index system of medical beds and the optimal scheme was obtained by Triangle Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method.Using the Multidimensional Scaling to classify the modelling of various medical beds and related products,five representative samples were obtained.This paper analyzed the perceptual meaning of medical bed and got the direction of the styling design of the medical bed by combining with SPSS.This paper used Rhino and Key Shot to display the innovative scheme and analyzed the use of medical beds.Finally,the feasibility of the innovative medical bed was verified by combining user needs and the evaluation system.
