Demand Analysis And Evaluation Research Of Intelligent Construction Of Dalian Port

Port is very important strategic resources of social and economic development and with the vigorous development of science and technology,the Internet of things cloud computing intelligent equipment such as information technology is increasingly mature,will bring important to port to the transformation and upgrading of intelligent information support,wisdom port has become the main direction of future intelligent transportation systems in order to promote the construction and development of Dalian port,on the basis of summarizing existing research results of this study,build a set of evaluation index system of intelligent building needs of Dalian port,and carry on the empirical analysis,which provide lessons for the research.First of all,this paper puts forward the research background and significance,from the perspective of different levels and introduces the research status both at home and abroad,and provides a theoretical basis for study of the subsequent second,port is introduced the relevant concepts of wisdom,and wisdom at home and abroad the port construction practice,and enumerates the port wisdom construction needs assessment method,again,in view of the problems existing in the construction situation of Dalian port,a wisdom construction demand analysis,determines the informatization infrastructure logistics service informationization production and operations management information information services business informatization The sustainable development of the informationization of 6 class 29 secondary indicators and tertiary evaluation index,index of Dalian wisdom construction demand preliminary build the evaluation index system,by on-the-spot investigation method and Delphi method for correction and inspection,to determine evaluation index system,using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the weight of each index,and finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation,for Dalian wisdom construction demand value,each secondary index for the sorting,intelligent analysis of Dalian port construction needs the evaluation results,provide a reference for intelligent building of Dalian port.
