| With the continuous improvement of the requirements of human settlements environment,urban road greening and beautification have been paid more and more attention.With the expansion of urban capacity and the extensive construction of urban roads,the total area of roadside hedges is expanding,and its daily trimming efficiency and beautification effect are becoming more and more prominent.The existing hedge pruning machine automation is limited,need to be supplemented by a large number of manual participation,its disadvantages are reflected in the large amount of labor of workers,can’t meet the diversity of hedge pruning shape,can’t achieve the hedge residual leaf secondary cleaning and collection,greatly affecting the efficiency of hedge beautification.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of modern urban hedge beautification,a small hedge pruning vehicle is designed to efficiently prune hedges of various heights and shapes and to collect residual leaves.The user needs of small situation-based hedge pruning vehicles are built.Using the situation story version to construct the characters use situational elements,excavate the different user-use situational needs of small hedge pruning vehicles;Using AHP method to analyze the user demand,establish the user demand hierarchy model,further calculate the user demand weight by information entropy method,establish the trim demand,mobile demand,automation demand,residual leaf collection demand and market demand for small hedge car design five main user needs,and get the user demand comprehensive weight value of small hedge pruning car,to provide a clear goal for the design.The application of system design method in the design of small hedge pruning vehicles is studied.Through the functional analysis method,the functional structure diagram,function tree diagram and morphological matrix of each function element solution are established.Using the quantitative theory I method,the multi-regression equation of the representative design category of the pruning car and the user’s emotional image evaluation vocabulary is established,and the partial correlation coefficient between the design category and the image vocabulary is calculated,and the design style of the small hedge trim car is established.Based on the application characteristics of color harmony theory in construction machinery vehicles,the color scheme of small hedge trimmers with white as the main color and dark green as the color matching is obtained by calculating and analyzing the beauty value of the sample.Based on the QFD method,the small hedge trimmer is designed and researched.Use QFD to establish a functional quality house for small hedge trimmers,analyze the relationship between user needs and the technical characteristics of small hedge trimmers,and calculate the importance of technical characteristics.Using the rough set method and taking the satisfaction of user needs as the evaluation index,the optimal plan was selected from the three small hedge trimmers’ conceptual plans.Based on the optimal plan,a small hedge trimmer was designed and its various functions and its trimming process were simulated and analyzed to verify the rationality of its size and function.Finally,a small hedge trimmer that meets the needs of users is obtained,which provides a new method for the innovative design of small hedge trimmers. |
