Medical Bed Vehicle Design Research Based On Scenario Analysis

As a necessary part of the current social life,the hospital plays an increasingly important role.A medical wheeled bed,which is a common transloading and transfer device,is extremely important for the transfer and transloading activities of patients before and after operation.At present,the medical wheeled bed has basically realized the major transloading function.However,all sorts of accidents also occur during the transloading and transfer process.Due to the excessively complicated factors involved in this use process,systematic methods are needed to analyze and solve such a problem.Therefore,it is especially crucial to explore a method to comprehensively and deeply analyze the problems during the use process.With the simulation property,predictability and verifiability,the scenario analysis method can bring a complicated problem into a specific usage situation for comprehensive and profound analysis.Design is no longer a designer's single application of knowledge but a designer's more concern about users.Besides,a designer needs to conduct the situational simulation analysis,prediction and verification based on the past usage situation so that the design scheme can meet the user's need and be verified.Based on the three levels of scenario put forward by Professor Tan Hao,the matching scenario is subdivided into design scenario and target scenario in this paper.As for the design scenario,the usage situation is divided into storyboards from the perspective of use function based on the scenario analysis method so that the use scenario flow of the whole function can be obtained and the scenario is further decomposed in the task form;then,the need of use scenario obtained is analyzed from the perspective of external relations of product;later,conversion treatment was conducted for the need of medical wheeled bed based on the optimized FBS design model.The concept model obtained by the designer by encoding such design elements with the design knowledge and experience has improved the scenario design steps;then,a specific target scenario is created based on the scenario analysis and a patient experience quality difference model is built from the perspective of design to evaluate and give feedbacks about the design scheme on a medical wheeled bed.This paper simulates and predicts scenarios mainly based on the scenario analysismethod to analyze the need and check the design scheme so that a method to analyze and study the use scenario of complicated medical wheeled bed is obtained.
