| Over the past 40 years,China has experienced the largest and fastest-growing urbanization process in the history of the world.Urban population and space are growing and expanding rapidly,while rural population and space continue to decrease rapidly.In recent years,the rural development speed of Hengkou demonstration area is relatively fast,but the problems of scattered spatial layout of rural settlements,old and weak population and empty waste of villages are prominent,so it is urgent for certain theoretical basis to guide the development of rural settlements in Hengkou demonstration area.The theory of shrewd contraction brings a certain turn for the development of declining cities and villages,so it is of practical significance to study the transformation and optimization of rural settlement space in Hengkou demonstration area guided by shrewd contraction.This paper adopts the research methods of literature research,field investigation,multi-disciplinary cross-analysis and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,synthesizes the problems,analyzes the causes,puts forward strategies,takes Hengkou demonstration area as the research object,and discusses the planning strategy of rural settlement perspective of shrewd contraction.First of all,introduce the astute contraction theory into the rural settlement,analyze the astute contraction theory of the rural settlement,interpret the motive force and concept connotation of the rural astute contraction,and put forward the goal and implementation path of the rural settlement space optimization;Secondly,we analyze the development characteristics of rural settlement space in Hengkou demonstration area,analyze the trend of rural settlement contraction in Hengkou demonstration area,pave the way for the introduction of rural development research in Hengkou demonstration area by shrewd contraction theory,and then combine with shrewd contraction theory.The paper hopes that the idea for the development of southern Shaanxi and other parts of China. |
