Research On The Architectural Design Of Medical Care Under The Mode Of Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing Care

In recent years,the global aging trend has continued to expand,and my country has also entered the stage of population aging.Changes in family structure and the increase in the proportion of elderly and disabled elderly have further increased the demand for the elderly in my country at this stage.Therefore,the promotion and development of the new model of "combination of medical care and elderly care",which is a comprehensive medical building with medical resources and care services for elderly care institutions,has become very critical in the elderly care industry.As a result,medical care buildings came into being.Because its development is still in its infancy,there is no clear guidance method and design code for the design strategy of its architectural space.Related research only proposes some design strategies,so the following research is carried out:The process of aging in my country,the status quo of the elderly care industry and the development of the "integrated medical care" model are sorted out,and related concepts are defined.The research results of the "integrated medical care" model at home and abroad in recent years are sorted out,and medical care is obtained.The development significance of the building,etc.From the perspectives of physiology,psychology,behavior,and ergonomics,it analyzes the various characteristics of the elderly population,summarizes the architectural space required by the elderly,and proposes the design principles and design features of medical care buildings based on related theories.Relevant policies and design specifications are summarized,and the various needs of medical care building space are analyzed.The thesis takes Xi’an as the research location,and selects five representative medical buildings in this city for investigation.A preliminary analysis of the population aging trend in Xi’an was carried out,and the results of the questionnaire survey were summarized to further understand the life needs and behavior characteristics of the elderly in the medical care buildings in this area.Using the methods of field investigation and questionnaire survey,analyze the survey target’s institutional profile,geographic location,plane zoning,spatial design characteristics,etc.,focusing on its comprehensive nurse station,elderly living space,medical rehabilitation space and public activity space,etc.,and summarize The current advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external space design of medical buildings in Xi’an area have laid the foundation for the exploratory research of space design methods.Combining the research background,related theoretical results and the current research status of medical buildings in this city,we summarized the relevant design of the elderly living space,medical rehabilitation space,public activity space,auxiliary space,external space and detailed facilities inside the medical building.The method provides a certain reference meaning for the exploration process of the local medical care building space design mode.I selected the medical care building project I participated in during my off-campus internship as a practical case,combined with the results of this investigation on the internal and external space design of the medical care building in Xi’an,and applied the relevant design methods summarized in this article to the entire design process of the project Among them,the preliminary verification of the feasibility and practicality of this type of design method will play a positive role in the study of relevant design specifications for the internal and external spaces and detailed design of medical buildings in Xi’an and surrounding areas,and try our best to satisfy At this stage,the elderly in our country have comprehensive needs for leisure,elderly care,care,rehabilitation,medical treatment and hospice care,as far as possible to provide them with a comfortable,warm,and livable environment for the elderly to help the positive development of our country’s elderly care.
