| At present,the demand for land resources is increasing.This transformation provides strong support for economic development and social progress.However,there are also excessive reductions in arable land and prominent ecological and environmental problems.How to promote the reasonable and sustainable development and utilization of land and space is a problem.Scientific problems that urgently need to be solved.Currently,the economy of Hanzhong city is developing rapidly,and it is very important to make rational use of land resources,to promote the coordinated development of the "Sansheng"function and the overall layout of the "Sansheng"space in Hanzhong City.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the continuous improvement of the ecosystem.Sustainable Development of Hanzhong City’s Economy.Based on relevant study and practice domestic and overseas,for the research and analysis of the current development status and evolution characteristics of the land space of various districts and counties in Hanzhong City,the research of this theme is based on the actual situation of Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province to improve the theory and optimization of my country’s land space pattern.Method and space governance theory have certain academic value.This paper firstly analyzed the quantity change,transformation characteristics,and center of gravity transfer law of the land space from the quantitative structure of the land space,and analyzed the land space distribution of Hanzhong City under different terrain levels.Secondly,analyzed the dynamic evolution of the landscape pattern of Hanzhong City.In addition,it used a static analysis to built an evaluation index system based on the functions of Sansheng,understand the comparative advantage functions of Hanzhong City,and establish the optimization plan and reconstruction mode of Hanzhong City’s territorial space.Finally,the comparative advantage theory is used to calculate the comparative advantage index of Hanzhong city’s land space.The preliminary judgment of Hanzhong city’s spatial advantage index provides a basis for Hanzhong city to realize the optimization of land space division.Through the cluster analysis of the space,the advantage function is gradually adjusted.District unit,combined with local characteristics,optimized the zoning plan of the overall land space of Hanzhong City and proposed improvement measures.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)Judged from the characteristics of the 18-year land space transfer of Hanzhong City from 2000 to 2018,the adjustment scope of agricultural production space was relatively large,and the sharp reduction of agricultural production space such as cultivated land and dry land indicates that the policy of returned farmland to forest and grassland has achieved remarkable results.From the perspective of the transfer characteristics of urban and rural living space,the main feature was that the transfer-out area smaller than the transfer-in,and the transfer-out accounted for a large proportion.(2)From the perspective of different terrain levels,whether it is analyzed in terms of elevation,slope or undulation,lower altitude or lower slope was more suitable for the development of production space and living space.With the increased in altitude and the increased in undulation,With the deterioration of transportation and natural conditions,the development of industrial and mining production spaces in high-altitude areas was very difficult,and it is not suitable for large-scale human production activities.For ecological space,in high-altitude areas with higher slopes,the advantages of the ecosystem gradually appear.(3)The production function of Hanzhong City as a whole presents the distribution characteristics of high in the middle and low in the surrounding area,gradually decreased outwards with Hantai District as the core;the spatial distribution of high-value areas of living functions was mainly in Hantai District,the central city of Hanzhong,with higher the distribution of value area units and medium and low value units was relatively concentrated,gradually decreased around Hantai District as the center;the ecological function of Hanzhong City was centered on Hantai District,and its function value gradually increased outward.The degree of coupling and coordination of Hanzhong City,from the perspective of the spatial distribution pattern,generally presents a spatial distribution pattern of "internal high and low margin" gradually weakened to the surroundings.Synthesize the evaluation results,comparative advantage index and hierarchical cluster analysis results of Hanzhong’s territorial space "three biological functions".In terms of production space,attention should be paid to adjusting the agricultural structure to increase grain output and increase the degree of industrial agglomeration to establish industrial clusters;in terms of living space,it is necessary to improve the residential surroundings of residents and strengthen the construction of various facilities;in terms of ecological space,efforts should be made to increase land reclamation projects to reduce man-made activities.Disturbance,strengthen the construction of the urban environment,and create a green ecological home. |
