Walking has become a common exercise method for people.However,there are many walking obstacles in the lower limbs with mild disabilities.Some of them have weak muscles in the lower limbs.Some joints have small angles of flexion and extension,and some have small ankle flexion and dorsiflexion.For example,the elderly population,they are dragging and slow,and the center of gravity is unstable,which brings a lot of inconvenience to their lives.In view of the above background,this paper will design a walking aid device suitable for people with moderate or slight impairment of lower limb function to make up for the mobility obstacle of people with leg disease,provide convenient travel and physical exercise for people with leg disease,and enable them to walk freely,comfortably,easily and happily.By means of network and field investigation,the situational story version of young people and old people(typical characters)walking on horizontal roads and uphill and downhill,as well as the simplified figure of their walking posture,was established.On this basis,the demand of users(young and old)is extracted,and the KJ method is applied to sort out the relatively independent user demand items,and the AHP method is applied to determine the relative importance of each demand item,and the level of demand for youth and the elderly to assist walking is constructed,and to construct the future situation of assisted walking according to the demand model.The functional analysis method is used to deconstruct the functional principle of the selected walking aids.Based on this,the functional structure diagram of the functional principle scheme adapted to the future assisted walking situation is innovated,and the functional elements are solved.The morphology matrix is used to assist the walking device function.And several feasibility options were selected.The evaluation index system of product function plan is established,and the relative importance of each evaluation index is determined by AHP method.Based on this,the triangular fuzzy number comprehensive evaluation method is applied to optimize the functional principle schemes of several auxiliary walking devices.The Pro/E software is used to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the preferred functional principle scheme of the auxiliary walking device.Based on this,the interactive situation of the innovative auxiliary walkingdevice is simulated and analyzed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the innovative design scheme are further explained.
