Study On The Construction Strategy Of Livability Of Traditional Folk Houses In South Taihang Area

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,ecological livability has gradually become the necessary road for the development of rural construction in China.With its special geographical location,superior natural environment and long cultural history,South Taihang in Henan has undergone great changes in its development orientation,industrial structure and lifestyle under the promotion of policies.As the main living place of local residents,residential houses should not only meet the habitability of living but also the spiritual habitability.In the traditional villages of the region,the main factors that affect the livability of the dwellings include the aging structure of the existing dwellings,the low quality of the buildings,the confusion of the spatial layout and the lack of style.Therefore,this paper takes the livability of traditional dwellings in the South Taihang region as the main point of research,combines the current situation of the development of traditional dwellings in the South Taihang region,screens the factors influencing the livability of traditional dwellings in the South Taihang region,and proposes the principles,strategies and design methods for the livability renewal of traditional dwellings in the South Taihang region based on the comprehensive screening results to solve the problem of sustainable development of rural dwellings.The research mainly includes the following points:Firstly,through the combing of the existing national and local livability norms and standards,combined with the analysis and research of excellent renewal practice cases at home and abroad,we provide theoretical support for the livability renewal of traditional residential houses in the South Taihang region.In the course of the study,the spatial layout,architectural form,material construction,and architectural style of traditional dwellings in the South Taihang region are analyzed through visits,surveys,tests,and mapping,and their main current characteristics are summarized,and problems are explored and discussed.This study aims to promote the sustainable development and conservation of traditional dwellings in South Taihang through a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and problems of traditional dwellings in South Taihang and proposing a reasonable and effective livability renewal strategy.Secondly,using hierarchical analysis and Delphi method to screen out the index factors affecting livability,determine the weight values,screen out the main influencing factors affecting the livability of traditional residential houses in South Taihang area,conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the livability of traditional residential houses in South Taihang area,and summarize the key contents of the renewal of traditional residential houses in South Taihang area.Finally,based on the screening results of ecological livability factors of traditional residential houses in South Taihang area,we mainly focus on the improvement of "livability" and "spiritual livability" in terms of functional space reconstruction,envelope renewal,renewable energy utilization and architectural style.Based on the four points of functional space reconstruction,envelope renewal,renewable energy utilization and architectural style inheritance,we extracted the renewal strategy of traditional houses in South Taihang area and designed the renewal plan for the representative houses in South Taihang traditional villages based on the strategy.Through the above study,we hope to provide a practical reference method for the renewal of traditional houses in the South Taihang area of Henan Province,and the study of the livability of this area is of reference value for the study of the livability of traditional houses in other areas with the same geographical intersection in China.
