| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the development of international large enterprises,OA(office automation)has become an important part of the office environment.OA network floor is one of the important products to improve the network wiring in the office environment.But at present,the technology of OA network floor manufacturers in China is uneven.KY company,as a foreign enterprise producing OA network floor in China,has been outstanding in quality,but due to the increasing number of domestic enterprises in China and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,the company must seek a simple and effective management technology to plan,organize and control the whole product project.Many micro manufacturers in OA network floor industry have no development capacity or because of the high R & D cost,which lead to many enterprises to produce and sell by imitation,which affects the healthy development of OA network floor industry and hinders the healthy development of OA network floor processing and manufacturing industry.In addition,due to the long R & D cycle and high R & D cost of OA network floor,KY company wants to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry,so it is urgent to adjust the traditional product R & D model and enhance the R & D capability of new products.This thesis analyzes the concept,characteristics,basic principles,implementation elements,overall framework and key technologies of concurrent engineering.Aiming at the problems in OA network floor new product development of KY company,this thesis analyzes the concept stage and problems in the process of R & D of new products by using the thought of concurrent engineering,and clarifies that the traditional serial R & D mode has been clarified.In order to solve this problem,the management concept of concurrent engineering is introduced.The development process of OA network floor is reconstructed,and a multi-functional and integrated R & D team is established.The R &D organization model of OA network floor new products is reconstructed,and a targeted management system is built.The standardized management has been applied to OA network floor of KY company In the process,it has become a new model of research and development of OA network floor products.The traditional R & D mode of KY company is reformed and upgraded to meet the current R & D requirements of OA network floor.Taking the parallel engineering as an example in the research and development of OA network floor new products,the effectiveness of parallel engineering in OA network floor new product research and development project is proved.After introducing parallel engineering into the new product development process of OA network floor of KY company,all functional departments can participate in the new product development,which improves the enthusiasm of each functional department to participate in the new product development.The measures such as optimizing organization structure,reconstructing organization process,optimizing production process,etc.,timely understanding customer demand,ensuring the development progress of new products,reducing R & D risk.In terms of improving the ability base of new product development,concurrent engineering management can also improve the visibility of enterprises and create amazing benefits for enterprises.The research and development mode of concurrent engineering is not long used in OA network floor research and development of KY company.Because of the deep concept of traditional development,employees of KY company are prone to confusion between process logic and parallel processing,leading to communication and coordination and other management problems.Lack of knowledge of concurrent engineering tools such as application information system leads to time waste and other problems.In the future OA network floor new product development process,the new product development mode of concurrent engineering needs to be discussed,and continuously improved. |
