| Since the reform and opening up,great achievements have been made in the rapid development of the construction industry.However,the development of the management system of the construction industry in my country has been relatively slow.The existing construction project schedule management methods have gradually become difficult to meet the intelligent,information,and diverse modern construction industry.Development needs.As a new technology in the AEC industry today,the emergence of BIM reflects the increasingly digital,multidisciplinary,collaborative,and integrated nature of construction and construction project delivery.BIM technology is a product of emerging information technology.In foreign countries,the application of BIM technology in the construction engineering industry has entered the stage of deep application,and it has shown the BIM+ characteristics of the integration of BIM technology and other related applications.It is becoming integrated,multi-stage,and multi-angle.,Collaboration,popularization,and intelligent application expansion,among which BIM technology is used for construction project schedule management.In China,the application of BIM technology in project schedule management has not been widely and deeply popularized.Among them,there is a problem of how to better apply BIM technology and traditional project schedule management methods and actual projects.This article aims to explore the ways of combining BIM-related technologies with traditional construction project schedule management methods,as a reference,to explore more effective and reasonable construction project schedule management methods to meet the development needs of my country’s modern AEC industry.The traditional project schedule management method can be better applied to the actual project,so that the project schedule can be continuously improved.Therefore,this article discusses the current background of the application of BIM in construction project schedule management at home and abroad,and first expounds the concepts and theories related to construction project schedule management and BIM.Then it explained the concept of combining the two applications to form 4D-BIM,and elaborated on the implementation steps of building a 4D information model and the process of how to apply the model to schedule management.Through the research of the application process of BIM technology in schedule management,the principle of PDCA cycle is introduced.In the project schedule control process,the earned value analysis deviation is added,and then the project schedule can be controlled through adjustment and optimization.Finally,it is verified with specific engineering cases. |
