Research On Protection And Reuse Of Modern Industrial Architectural Heritage In Kaifeng

Industrial architectural heritage has witnessed the process of human industrialization and civilization.Since the 1950 s,European and American countries have begun to study the protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage,and there have been many excellent cases that can be used for reference.In recent years,my country has gradually begun to focus on the protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage.More successful cases include: Zhongshan Qijiang Park,Beijing 798 Art District,Chengdu Eastern Suburb Memory,Huangshi National Mine Park,etc.Kaifeng is the famous "Ancient Capital of Eight Dynasties".It has 5 districts and 4counties under its jurisdiction.In 1982,it was announced as a historical and cultural city by the State Council.In 2007,it was recognized as an old industrial base city in central China by the General Office of the State Council.It is not only the central city of the Central Plains urban agglomeration in Henan Province,but also a unique tourist city.Kaifeng’s industry started early and was once the center of Henan’s industrial development.It has many firsts in industrial development.In recent years,with the development of the economy and the adjustment of the national industrial structure,some traditional industries have begun to become depressed.How to protect and reuse some important industrial architectural heritage has become a practical issue for urban development and the construction of historical and cultural cities.The research methods used in this paper include literature research method,field research method,analogy analysis method,comprehensive induction method,and case research method.Summarize the characteristics of Kaifeng’s modern industrial architectural heritage,explore the potential value of Kaifeng’s industrial architectural heritage,and combine the research on the status quo of protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage at home and abroad from the perspective of overall protection and authenticity protection,and summarize Kaifeng in modern industrial architecture There are problems in heritage protection and reuse,and corresponding protection and reuse strategies are proposed to provide reference and theoretical basis for the protection and reuse of Kaifeng’s modern industrial architectural heritage.The thesis is divided into four parts,composed of six chapters.The first part consists of the first chapter,mainly the construction of the theory.First,it introduces the research background of domestic and foreign industrial architectural heritage,defines the scope of research and the related concepts of industrial architectural heritage,and summarizes the purpose and significance of the research through the research on the theory and practice of industrial architectural heritage at home and abroad,and determines the research method and thesis framework.The second part includes the second and third chapters of the thesis.The second chapter sorts out the development context of Kaifeng’s modern industry.By consulting relevant documents and comparing the current satellite images,94 potential industrial architectural heritage survey objects are sorted out.On the basis of field investigation,the overview and spatial distribution characteristics of Kaifeng’s modern industrial architectural heritage are summarized,and three cases of transformation of Kaifeng’s existing industrial architectural heritage are listed.Chapter Three classifies and sorts out the four aspects of main industry types,styles,structure types,and detailed features.Based on these characteristics,the evaluation method and system of Kaifeng’s modern industrial architectural heritage are proposed.The third part is composed of chapters 4 and 5.Chapter 4 proposes strategies and models for the protection and reuse of Kaifeng’s modern and modern industrial architectural heritage under the protection framework of the historical and cultural city of Kaifeng;Chapter 5 uses Yifeng gardening farm industrial heritage Take the group as an example to test the proposed strategies and models for the protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage,and verify its feasibility.Combined with the overall planning layout and comprehensive value of the practical case,a plan for the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage group of the Yifeng Horticultural Farm was made,and the maintenance and plan design of the key parts were completed.The fourth part includes the sixth chapter,which is the summary of the research of the thesis.It is mainly divided into two parts.One is to list the shortcomings of the paper,and the other is to hope that the introduction of the modern industrial architectural heritage of Kaifeng can arouse the society.All walks of life attach great importance to Kaifeng’s industrial architectural heritage,and relevant departments have stepped up to formulate relevant laws and regulations for the protection of Kaifeng’s industrial architectural heritage.
