| In the first half of 2020,the Baltic Sea Dry Burning Index has a deep V strong rebound to indicate that the shipping economy is turned from a sluggish to recover.As the world’s first shipping country,my country should seize the opportunity to plan a planning layout.The development of the industry is inventory to rely on people’s wisdom and creation.After nearly 20 years of deep development,the sailors’ labor industry has cultivated a group of high-quality sailors with international standards,but the relative potential of sea trade transportation demand,receiving the willingness of the seizures of the navigation colleges,and hold the certificate sailor abandoning the upper shore leads to insufficient supply of senior sailor,the supply is unbalanced,which salary is an important factor.This paper is based on the high-grade sailor supply and salary related relationships,using labor supply curves,Maslow demand hierarchical theory and compensatory wage difference theory,with documentary information,comparative analysis and empirical research methods for technical means,based on 2014-2019 China Sailors Supply and Data Index Data,statistical analysis of superior sailor overall and position supply and delivery;based on 2014-2019 senior sailor salary quote data,statistical analysis of senior sailor salary characteristics,compared to the nominal salary of the senior sailor,the real salary and land wages in the years.Select 2014-2019 senior sailor salary and supply data,use three curves and multi-linear regression models to study the relationship between advanced sailor supply and salary.The results show that there is a three-way relationship between the advanced sailor supply and salary of the infinite navigation area;the salaries of the advanced sailor salary and supply of coastal navigation regions have multiple linear relationships.It is recommended to improve from the broadening supply channels and improve the salary of advanced sailor.There are four aspects widely broadening the supply channel: First,open the management-level sailor land employment channel.Second,policy is inclined to encourage poor students to apply for maritime major.Then,the government build platform introduces foreign high-end sailor.Again,from the system to relax the senior sailor service qualification to determine the scope.Finally,play a half-side role of female sailor.Improve advanced sailor salary,both to play the main role of currency compensation,but also to play a secondary effect of non-currency compensation.It is recommended to implement advanced sailors’ skills to improve subsidies,establish a reasonable salary growth mechanism,increase the positive publicity efforts,enrich the sailor amateur life.The results show that the current policies and measures have little effect,and the government,enterprises and media should be integrated to pay attention to the main and secondary causes of the loss of senior seamen.It is necessary to set up multiple incentive mechanisms,perfect the infrastructure construction of ships and ports,increase the positive publicity of media and enrich the spare life of crew.This paper empirically studies the relationship between the supply of senior seamen and their pay,which opens the perspective of macroeconomic theory,fills the gap of empirical data and Nonlinear Study of senior sailors’ pay.From the policy level,the author gives advice to the sailors’ labor market,from the technical level to provide guidance for enterprises to control labor cost,and from the operational level to make suggestions for the career accumulation of senior sailors,so as to promote the cultivation of high-quality sailors’ labor market. |
