With the continuous deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,my country’s economy has gradually shifted from an export-oriented economy to a domestic demand economy.The integration of port resources in coastal provinces has achieved phased goals and basically achieved the“one province,one port”pattern.Port service production units that use tugboats as their main operating tools,as port throughput has stabilized year by year in recent years,port towing tasks have become fuller,and market competition between Qingang Shipping Branch and surrounding port tugboat companies has increased significantly.The backward remuneration system has led to the phenomenon of some employees resign and change jobs.In addition,the current remuneration system is outdated and cumbersome,and monthly remuneration calculations can no longer adapt to the performance evaluation and incentive mechanism of employees under the new situation.In addition to the need to innovate management concepts and optimize the management system,it is also necessary to have a scientific and reasonable salary system that adapts to the development of the enterprise.This article takes Qingang Shipping Branch as the research object,combined with the production and operation objectives of Qingang Shipping Branch,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the company.After on-site interviews with relevant staff,it is urgent to understand the concerns of employees and the impact on production efficiency during the operation of the company’s actual salary system.The problem to be solved is based on the compensation theory of many experts and scholars at home and abroad,based on the principle of strategic guidance,fairness,marketization,moderation,legality,and non-economic compensation incentive principles,and proposes compensation optimization The principled optimization opinions were established,and the specific implementation procedures for the salary optimization of the shipping branch were established.Through the organic combination of the factor scoring method and the Hai’s evaluation method,a series of salary optimizations have been carried out on the salary system,and the links that need attention and continuous improvement after theconstruction of the ship branch’s employee salary system are optimized are explained.Through the optimization and improvement of the salary system,employee satisfaction has been continuously improved and enthusiasm has been greatly improved,which has important guiding significance for improving the company’s management efficiency and improving management methods.
