Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of economy and the aggravation of market competition,project management has been integrated into all aspects of social life.Especially for enterprises,in the fierce market competition,the success or failure of a project can even determine the survival of the enterprise.In today’s field of information system implementation,as human resources have become the core resources of the project,the enthusiasm and efficiency of project participants play a crucial role in the success of the project.Traditional project schedule management methods,such as critical path method and plan review technology,mainly find and formulate critical path according to the logical relationship between each process of the project.This kind of management mode ignores the resource limitation and the influence of human behavior in the process of the project,which often leads to resource contention and cannot complete the project according to the original plan.The new critical chain project schedule management adopts the constraint theory,which considers the dual constraints of process and resources in the process of schedule management,especially the human behavior factors.It helps to improve the enthusiasm of project participants and the rational allocation of resources,and improves the disadvantages of traditional project management.It is a major breakthrough in project management technology.In this paper,combined with the actual project management,taking the PLM implementation project of D company in P city as the research object,aiming at the problems of project schedule overrun and management confusion caused by the unreasonable schedule of the project,the critical chain project schedule management method is adopted to optimize the schedule.Based on the analysis of the defects of traditional project schedule management,this paper attempts to build an information system based on critical chain to implement project schedule management.Firstly,the work breakdown of PLM implementation project is carried out,and the work breakdown structure and work responsibility matrix are formulated.On this basis,the critical path is determined by analyzing the logical relationship between the activities.After that,the critical path method is used to optimize it,changing the parallel resource to serial,identifying the critical chain and setting the buffer.At the same time,in order to make up for the defects of the traditional three color critical chain buffer management matrix,an improved four-color buffer management method is constructed to solve the defect of insufficient management detail.Finally,the paper summarizes this,and prospects the development of critical chain project schedule management in the field of implementation.This paper changes the traditional optimization analysis from the perspective of the implementer,based on the perspective of the project landing enterprise(Party A),brings the project planning,research,implementer selection and other activities into the schedule management,and completely analyzes the whole process of the informatization implementation project,and always pays attention to the work of Party A in the management process,which makes up for the over emphasis in the project schedule management Focus on the deficiency of the implementer.
