| With the increasing scale of domestic cities,rail transit has become one of the urban development indicators.According to the domestic rail transit development cycle and current situation,rail transit construction will mainly be concentrated in first-and second-tier cities in the next few years.At present,the construction land and population of such cities are becoming saturated,and the planned rail transit lines are distributed like spider webs.As a result,most of the construction and construction of rail transit stations in the future will be in the environment of complicated traffic,restricted site,cumbersome construction methods,and cross construction;this puts forward higher requirements for on-site quality,safety and construction period management.At present,most domestic rail transit projects still use traditional schedule management methods and tools in terms of schedule management,and it is difficult to adapt to the schedule management needs of rail transit projects with complex environments and cumbersome construction methods.Based on the above situation,this paper takes the project schedule management of X station(semi covered and excavated station)of G City Rail Transit Line 3 as the research object,and is committed to solving two problems: one is to optimize and improve the schedule management of X station of G City Rail Transit Line 3 by combining theory with practice,to change the status quo of project schedule management,and to overcome the influence of internal and external adverse factors,Improve the level of enterprise management;The second is to combine the critical chain theory(CCPM)with the last planner theory(LPS)to demonstrate its feasibility in the construction of rail transit stations with complex environment and complicated construction methods.This article mainly adopts research methods such as literature research,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and generalization,etc.,and conducts the following research:First,refer to relevant literature,summarize and refine the research results of key chains,lean construction,etc.,to lay the foundation for the following research;second,collect data on the construction site of the X station(semi-covered and excavation station)of Metro Line 3 of G City Rail Transit,and Introduced the project overview,major difficulties,and current status of project schedule management for the X station project,and analyzed the problems and their causes in the schedule management process from five aspects: methods and tools,personnel management capabilities,collaboration at all levels,management systems and external environment;Third,analyze the advantages of CCPM and LPS,combines the two progress management ideas of "push" of CCPM and "pull" of LPS,and establish a collaborative schedule management model that combines the actual schedule management of X station According to the situation,the schedule management of the company and the project department is divided into three levels: strategy level,tactical level,and implementation level,to optimize its management organization and process;finally,through the combination of CCPM and LPS to improve the schedule planning and management of X station,Include front-line personnel into the scope of schedule planners;incorporate the four factors of safety time,process location weights,risk preference and risk influence into the buffer calculation;and adopt the method of setting up a schedule early warning grading matrix and an early warning decision matrix.The progress warning system and rewards and punishments of X station have been strengthened.Through the combination of theory and practice,this paper optimizes the schedule management of the X station project of Metro Line 3 in G City,and improves the project schedule management level;and summarizes the research results,proposes future research directions,and provides a certain reference for the construction schedule management of similar projects value. |
