After more than 30 years of development,the domestic engineering supervision industry has become more and more perfect,and the market competition has become more and more fierce.However,in the process of development,due to the high mobility of construction projects,the problem of high turnover rate and poor stability of employees has become more and more prominent.This has not only affected the steady development of enterprises,increased the operating costs of enterprises,but also affected enterprises in the industry.Competitiveness.Therefore,how to carry out effective employee management,how to maximize the utility of human resources,how to reduce employee turnover rate and improve employee stability are the "challenges" that supervision enterprises must face.This paper takes zxd supervision company as the research object,through the investigation of the staff turnover in the past five years,combined with the current situation of staff stability management and human resources,combs out some problems existing in the staff stability management of zxd supervision company,and then investigates and analyzes the specific reasons of staff turnover inside and outside the company;finally,the paper maximizes the effectiveness of human resources In principle,in view of the problems existing in the stability management of the company’s employees,improvement strategies are proposed from the aspects of management,selection,transition,education,employment,retention,etc.,to enhance the cohesion of the enterprise,improve the stability of the employees,reduce the turnover rate of the employees,and provide help for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
