In recent years,with the constant improvement of material living standards and the vigorous development of e-commerce,the demand of consumers for cold chain logistics rises sharply,and the scale of cold chain logistics continues to expand.On the other side,the characteristics of cold chain logistics,such as high energy consumption and high emission cause more negative effects on the ecological environment.As to this problem,China has carried out guidance from two aspects: one is to establish a carbon emission trading mechanism to guide establishment to carry out energy saving and emission reduction transformation through economic means;the other is to encourage the cold chain logistics industry to widely use new energy vehicles to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the transportation process.Based on this background,this paper,on the basis of existing research,comprehensively considers the impact of carbon emission trading and new energy vehicles on cold chain distribution decision-making,and proposes a cold chain logistics distribution optimization problem based on carbon trading constraints and new energy vehicles,which provides theoretical support for cold chain logistics decision-makers to make rational decisions,improve profit,and help the regulators to regulate and guide market behavior,to achieve win-win economic and social benefits.First,this paper discusses the development status of the cold chain logistics industry and the trend of development in green and low-carbon,discusses the theory,the significance of reality and the necessity of carbon trading behavior and new energy vehicles in the cold chain logistics distribution,and puts forward the main content and technical route of this paper through the summary and review of relevant research both here and abroad.in terms of the problem of cold chain logistics distribution under carbon trading,this paper introduces the concepts and theories from three key point of carbon trading,cold chain logistics distribution and carbon emission measurement of cold chain logistics,which provides theoretical support for the research content of this paper.On this basis,this paper puts forword a cold chain logistics distribution location path model based on carbon trading and two different types of vehicles(new energy and fuel).Considering the load limit of vehicle,mileage and delivery time,and then constructs the optimal objective function of cold chain logistics distribution cost.Then,after comprehensive comparative analysis,this paper selects genetic algorithm to solve the model,it designs and introduces the chromosome coding,chromosome decoding,initial population,fitness function and selection,crossover and mutation rules in detail.Finally,based on the operation data and scenarios of SH company,this paper carries out an example analysis,solves the model through MATLAB software,and obtains the optimal distribution strategy and optimal distribution cost of SH,and compares the results with two traditional scenarios without considering carbon trading and new energy vehicles,respectively,to verify the practical application significance of this model.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis of the three key parameters of carbon trading volume,carbon trading price and the use cost of new energy vehicles is carried out to reveal the influence degree and correlation of these indicators on the cold-chain distribution decision,and provides management revelation for market management subjects in quota distribution,price guidance and other aspects.
