In recent years,the length of urban rail transit has increased in China,which leads the growth of maintenance workload to ensure the safety of train operation,and meanwhile,there are varies of categories of maintenance tools used to achieve maintenance work.The maintenance tools are generally managed by the Three-Counting Method which is characteristic of time-consuming and complicated.Due to the features of such method,there remains problems such as safety accident caused by tools lose,and the problems limit the employment of the Three-Counting Method.Aiming at improving efficiency of management on tool usage,in this thesis,an intelligent tool cabinet control terminal and a handheld management terminal based on Android have been designed,applying the Radio Frequency Identification(RFID),the Android embedded system technology,and the wireless communication technology.At first,in this thesis,the theories and critical technology relating to the study on Android intelligent tool cabinet control terminal have been demonstrated,and an Android intelligent tool cabinet control terminal using RK3288 chip as the processor has been designed.The hardware is composed of three parts.The first part is the design of the minimum system circuit,communication circuit,power supply module,and relay drive circuit of the STM32 single-chip microcomputer.The second part is the selection of the RFID read-write module and the design of the antenna splitter.The last is the communication circuit design of the embedded Android system control board.The software includes the design of the MCU program and communication protocol,and the design of the Android control terminal management software.The control terminal software is written by Java language in the Android studio software,and it designs SQLite database table structure and offline face recognition.Besides,the control terminal software is composed of four functional modules: basic information management,tool management,legacy tool early warning management,and system settings.Secondly,this thesis designs the Android handheld management terminal which mainly consists of the ultra-high frequency RFID reading and writing module,and the upper UI program of the handheld terminal.To improve the integrity of the entire system,the control terminal uses the HTTP protocol to perform data synchronization operations with the Web server to achieve cross-platform data information interaction.Finally,the joint test of hardware and software is implemented in this thesis in order to verify the design effect of the proposed Android intelligent tool cabinet control terminal.The test results indicate that,the Android intelligent tool cabinet control terminal realizes the critical functions such as tool borrowing and returning,legacy early warning,data synchronization,and handheld terminal mass input of new tools,etc.Such functions contribute to improving the intelligent and digital level of tool management by metro operators,and realizing the visual management of tool information which prevents tools loss.
