RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)—as a rapid, real-time, accurate information acquisition and processing of high-tech and information standardization foundation, has been recognized as this century one of ten big important technologies, in production, retail, logistics, transportation and other industries have bright prospects. The manufacturing industry is our country national economy importantpillar industry, with China's accession to the WTO and economic globalization, China is becoming the world's manufacturing center, but our manufacturing industry enterprise faced with day by day intense domestic and foreign competitions. How quickly to improve the enterprise's core competitiveness, the very important point is using information technology to stimulate industrialization, accelerate the process of informatization and take a new road to industrialization, so as to realize the entire social productive forces to surmount the typedevelopment.This article applies the RFID technology to the manufacturing industry, researchs and designs an embedded RFID network controller. This controller is for the purpose of realizing the goods supply chain management and the automatic control network information integration and control, so as to improve supply chain efficiency, enable production processes and enterprise information management, realize monitoring and control to the production process, logistics management, production planning, scheduling and quality.In this controller design, we combined the embedded system with .NET and RF technology. The system hardware uses the modularization design method, including core control components using high-performance ARM9 microprocessor S3C2410X, external expansion network interface, I/O module, LCD display and touch-screen interface module. Also, we have designed the UHF frequency band radio frequency module and the antenna module, which integrated with the main control module through the UART interface. In addition, we transplant a embedded operating system in ARM9, use the QtE graphical interface development environment to design the friendly man-machine interactive contact interface, realize the TCP/IP protocol network correspondence function and use embedded database to complete the field data store; At last we research and design the anti-collision algorithm, data security and data integrality.This embedded RFID network controller has a good openness and extension performance. If it is applied in the manufacturing industry automation production process, it will affect profound influence to the traditional manufacturingindustry production and the management pattern.
