Subways play a very important role in the process of urbanization,and various cities are actively promoting the construction of the subway.With the continuous extension of subway lines,the workload of subway construction and maintenance has gradually increased,but most subway operating companies still manage the maintenance tools according to the inefficient traditional "three checking" method.It is easy to cause safety accidents due to the maintenance tools left behind on the construction site.How to manage the maintenance tools more efficiently and scientifically has gradually been put on the agenda by various subway operating companies.Based on this practical problem and the requirements of subway operating companies,this paper designs a set of intelligent tool management scheme based on radio frequency identification(RFID).The thesis elaborated on the traditional metro tool management methods,commonly used tool cabinet types and the current development status of RFID technology.The intelligent tool management scheme was designed based on the research background and significance.The specific contents of the thesis are as follows.(1)Build the overall structure of the project,analyze the functionality and feasibility of the project,design the corresponding security protection mechanism in conjunction with the security issues involved in the RFID technology in the project,and then determine the appearance and size of the tool cabinet.(2)Design and development of the hardware and software parts of the tool cabinet in the project,of which the hardware part is mainly divided into five parts: minimum system module,communication module,power supply module,external function module,read-write module and antenna installation;software part is divided into four parts: single-chip program and communication protocol,RFID read-write module function program,master control platform software and Android platform.(3)Testing the feasibility of the project is divided into three modules: software interface debugging,hardware function test and host computer function test.The test results all meet the requirements for the project design.The intelligent tool management scheme designed in the paper is expected to be put into use,which will change the traditional tool management mode of the subway operation company,greatly improve the efficiency of the tool management,optimize the ratio of personnel and tools,realize the visualization of tool information and intelligent remind of abnormal information,and then eliminate potential safety hazards caused by tools left behind.
