The popularity of car brings convenience to people’s life, but with the amount of the cars growing rapidly, the contradictions between the car number and the parking space are increasing. There are some common problems in traditional parking lot, no focus on real-time status of parking space and internal guide, and management technology is relatively backward, which reduce the utilization of parking spaces. So it is extremely urgent to build an intelligent management system of parking lot. This paper analyzes the current situation of parking lot management system, plans an intelligent management system and designs an intelligent mobile terminal APP of parking lot based on the information of the parking space in the parking lot got by the RFID location algorithm.The major contents in this paper include: the RFID indoor location algorithm applied in the parking lot, the intelligent managent system of parking lot connected with Wi-Fi technology, and the intelligent mobile terminal APP design of parking lot based on Android. This paper analyses the basic theory of RFID indoor location and uses the improved LANDMARC location algorithm according to the accuracy requirements of vehicle positioning in the parking lot. This paper also makes a plan for intelligent mnanagent system of parking lot, designs a application software for Android mobile terminal, realizes client and server-side asynchronous data communication with Wi-Fi technology, provides the parking lot users with the information of the parking space, vehicle information and the parking route in the form of graphical interface.The experiment result indicates that the system has the functions below: reservation and inquires of parking spaces in the parking lot, parking route guidance, location guidance of the parked cars and so on, which makes the management of parking smarter and more efficient.
