The Research On Recent Construction Schedule Of Urban Rail Transit

With a further increase in urban transport problems,developing public transport is considered as the only way to solve them for many cities, especially developing rail transit. In recent years, many cities are trying their best to strive for the construction of rail transit, and about 27 cities are preparing for it. However, because of the long construction period,the huge investment and the long payback period, large scale construction of rail transit is not only facing the financial problems, but also facing the problem that how to arrange a reasonable construction timing, particularly the recent construction schedule. Reasonable recent construction schedule on the one hand will help alleviate the traffic pressure on the city recently, optimize the structure of urban traffic and improve public transport efficiency, on the other hand can avoid the blindness of rail transit construction. Therefore, it is very necessary to research the recent construction schedule of rail transit. The paper will discuss it from the following aspects.First, the paper puts forward the background and significance of the research topic, and then based on the research at home and abroad, it presents the main content and technology line. This provides a feasible basis for the following discussion.Second, the paper analyses the necessity of the construction schedule, and defines the basic elements of the arrangement. Then, it discusses the respective influencing factors from three aspects:construction opportunity,construction scale and construction routes.Third, the paper describes the related indicators of the rail transit network scale, and summarizes the methods for determining a reasonable scale of rail transit network planning. Based on the external costs analysis for the recent construction of rail transit, the paper puts forward the funds control meaning that considering the external costs to get the recent construction scale, and then combines with the traffic demand to decide the final construction scale. Finally, the paper first puts forward the selection principle and determination procedures of the reasonable routes of recent rail transit construction, and then determines the reasonable routes from three aspects:traffic zones division,importance analysis of traffic zones and importance analysis of routes, and finally presents the assessment of the routes through the related indicators.And with a case anlysis of Chengdu recent rail transit construction, the paper tests and inspects the method that proposed.
