On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current situation of assembly line balance research,this paper uses the industrial engineering method and genetic algorithm to carry out balance optimization research on the automobile clutch assembly line of B Company,aiming at improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost.This paper expounds the basic concepts of assembly line balance,then summarizes the methods of other scholars in solving assembly line balance problems in recent years,and then introduces some basic concepts of assembly lines,as well as industrial engineering and genetic algorithms.Combined with the internship experience in B Company,the author describes and analyzes the status of the automobile clutch assembly line,and then proposes the line balance optimization of the clutch assembly.Aiming at assembly line balance optimization,the author has a preliminary optimization with industrial engineering methods,which results the rate of assembly-line balancing runs up to 71.93%.In this paper,based on the two-population genetic algorithm and uses the classic Buxey,this paper constructs an assembly line balance optimization model.By the example,the algorithm is validated as well as the rationality of the model constructed in this paper.Finally,a variety of optimization schemes are obtained after optimization based on Matlab-based two-population genetic algorithm.By comparing and analyzing various optimization schemes,this paper adopts the optimization scheme of station number m=17.This paper uses Flexsim to simulate.by analyzing the data obtained by simulation,verify the validity and feasibility of the optimization scheme selected in this paper.In this paper,the in-depth study of the automobile clutch assembly line of B Company is carried out,the author uses the industrial engineering methods and the dual-population genetic algorithm are to get a further optimization.The research shows that the method used in this paper can have certain reference when solving the problem of similar assembly line balance.The significance has a profound effect on improving the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises. |
