| In recent years,the market of senile rehabilitation products has entered a period of rapid development.Manufacturers are following the tide of science and technology,the advanced science and technology and the elderly rehabilitation products integration,make the product function more uniform and intelligent.While focusing on the improvement and upgrading of the product’s functions,it also ignores the applicability between the elderly and the use of rehabilitation products under the new era background.Among them,the phenomenon of working memory loss in the process of product operation is the most common and serious among the elderly.This also leads to self-denial and other pessimistic emotions in the training process of the mentally fragile elderly rehabilitation patients.Such product upgrade iteration fundamentally deviates from the original intention of people-oriented product design.Improving the working memory of the elderly in the operation of rehabilitation products is the key to improving the applicability between the elderly and rehabilitation products,and finally realizing the human care of the products.Combined with cognitive psychology,this paper proposes the concept of unconscious active working memory model and conducts research in order to improve the working memory of the elderly during the operation of rehabilitation products.The research mainly includes the following four aspects:(1)To grasp the research direction of improving working memory during the operation of senile rehabilitation products.This paper analyzes each step of the operation process of rehabilitation products for the aged,and extracts the important factor affecting the use process of products for the aged--working memory.By comparing the memory capacity needed in the operation of rehabilitation products with the cognitive characteristics of the elderly,the imbalance between the two was obtained,and the unconscious active working memory model was proposed.(2)Extraction of features of memory contact elements in unconscious active working memory mode.Four modules of working memory model in cognitive psychology are used,namely,attention function,visual memory function,auditory memory function and comprehensive combing function.The characteristics of the memory contact elements that can balance the "supply and demand" relationship of the two memory capacities are extracted,that is,the difference between the memory contact elements and the opposite ,the "mutation" of the contact elements in the forgetting area,the electromotive force series of the key memory contact elements,and the "vascular connection" between the elements.And through the eye movement experiment and the SPSS data analysis,verified the memory enhancement performance of the four contact elements.(3)Design transformation of contact element characteristics under the mode of unconscious active working memory.Based on the three principles of coding,the design elements are coded.The characteristics of four memory contact elements are assigned to the coding characteristics of design elements.Thus,the design transformation of the characteristics of the memory contact elements is realized,and the last link of the reverse promotion of memory in the unconscious active working memory mode is completed.(4)Design and practice of intelligent rehabilitation training machine for elderly limbs.In order to improve the working memory in the operation of the joint rehabilitation training machine for the elderly,the design practice was carried out according to the formation process of the unconscious active working memory mode.Through the questionnaire survey and the numerical solution of KANO model,the satisfaction degree of the three aspects of appearance,function and performance in the design result is evaluated,and the feasibility of the practical scheme is verified. |
