Study On Evaluation Of Design Quality Management Of Metro Field Project

In recent years,the increasing urban population has increased the pressure of urban traffic.In order to ease the traffic congestion,many large cities with strong economic strength have developed Rail Transit.Vehicle depots and parking lots are places where metro vehicles are parked and serviced,and they play an important role in the construction of Urban Rail Transit.With the subway system’s “People’s Liberation Army General Logistics Department”Designation,car lots and parking lots are generally located on the outskirts of the city,but some are also located in urban areas,making them an important transportation infrastructure for the city.It not only has the characteristics of long construction cycle,high project cost and large-scale land occupation,but also has a great impact on urban spatial layout.In the subway field project,the quality of the project mainly consists of the quality of the project,the quality of each link of the project construction and the working quality of each phase.The engineering quality is characterized by the requirements of safety,economy,durability and beauty stipulated in the relevant documents such as contracts and technical standards.It mainly consists of decision quality,construction quality,design quality and acceptance quality,so the evaluation of design quality management is obviously an indispensable part of the whole project quality for the subway field project.In this paper,the design quality management,the evaluation index system and the evaluation method of design quality management are summarized firstly by combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,and then by Literature Review and expert interview,from It,24 index factors which affect the design quality management of Metro Yard are summarized.Then we use SPSS 21.0 to carry on the exploratory factor analysis to the 24 index factors,thus excavates including 4common factors,24 index factors subway section field project design quality management appraisal index system.Based on the principle of minimum discrimination information and the combination weighting method,the combination weights of the indexes at different levels in the field design quality management evaluation of Metro sections are determined,which effectively reduces the over-reliance on subjective factors.Then,a mathematical model is established by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,an objective and effective evaluation is made on the design quality management of a certain field project,aiming at finding out the problems existing in the process of the design management of the project,and in view of this question proposed the corresponding countermeasure.Through theoretical and empirical research,this paper analyzes the evaluation index system of design quality management of Metro section and yard project,which plays an important role in the construction of Rail Transit,through the analysis,it can provide the decision-making basis for the design management department of subway yard in the process of Engineering Project Design Management,at the same time,it can provide the reference method and the corresponding decision-making thinking for the same trade unit to study how to improve the design quality of the unit.
