Abstract/Summary:
With the passage of time,economic globalization has achieved relatively significant development and market competition has become increasingly fierce.In order to achieve their long-term and stable development,enterprises must formulate correct strategic objectives while effectively guaranteeing their competitive advantages.For enterprises,human resources themselves have significant potential and innovation ability,which is an important source for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages and an important factor to achieve the strategic goals of enterprises.Through the effective development of training work,it can realize the effective embodiment of human resources’ own value and inherent potential,and its value and specific status are more obvious.Strategic situation,the new company strategy as the starting point to carry out the training,according to the uniqueness of strategic human resource training and development needs,in order to help meet the needs of the organization’s strategic performance expectations and prospective quality requirements as the goal of training,is to provide talent guarantee for the company’s strategic development and the core of the security to the human resources to carry out the corresponding reserves,which can realize their own strategic value of human resources effectively,subsequent to the enterprise stable and orderly development play a positive and effective to promote the utility.Human resource is the core of the enterprise’s own management,and training is the key to human resource management.At the present stage,private enterprises themselves play an increasingly important role in the national economy.The basis of their long-term and stable development is,on the one hand,high attention to human resources work,and on the other hand,continuous implementation of corresponding training work.At the present stage,private enterprises continue to carry out training activities,but there are always significant deficiencies in the development of internal training management,which is embodied in the lack of institutional guarantee,single training mode,insufficient training investment and other diversified aspects.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the training work of private enterprises at the present stage,to carry out analysis and research,through reasonable and scientific guidance to build a systematic human resources training system,its own practical level has a relatively key significance.This paper studies were conducted for the theoretical analysis method for the rational use of human resources training,according to relevant theory development are expounded,at the same time choose interior design company,FX company as an example,at present the company’s internal human resources training situation points out that the corresponding assumptions,at the same time,through the questionnaire survey method for training results related to carry out the quantitative analysis of influence factors.Then,through the rational use of SPSS,empirical analysis and research are carried out,and factor analysis is used to clarify the influencing factors of training effectiveness,which are specifically reflected in three levels: training design factors,individual factors and organizational factors.Through regression analysis,it is found that the factors that have positive influence on training satisfaction are the level of instructor,training motivation,organizational training atmosphere and organizational support.The factors that have positive influence on training value include training content and way,organizational training atmosphere,self-efficacy,training motivation and organizational support.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the company,the countermeasures and reasonable suggestions were put forward from three levels,in order to play the role of the influence factors,so as to ensure the improvement of the training effect in the future.
