Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Safety Production Training Effect Of Migrant Workers In The Construction Industry

With the rapid development of construction industry in our country, the construction project is larger-scale, higher-level and the more complicated and the security situation of the construction is more serious. Statistics of National statistical bureau of statistics shows that by the third quarter of 2014, Percentage of rural migrant workers in the construction industry practitioners in China is more than 80%. And every year the most part of the construction accident deaths are migrant workers. Such groups tend to lack system and effective safety production training, safety consciousness, safety knowledge and safety skills. Safety production training can significantly improve workers’ safety consciousness, provide safety knowledge and skills, correct unsafe behavior of people, and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. Therefore, analyzing the influential factors of safety production training effect of construction workers and putting forward the main ways to enhance the training effect have an important significance to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.At the present, experts and scholars have done more research about the construction safety training effect and the researches have formed some theoretical research results. But the research of safety production training of construction workers and its effects are relatively rare, and have not yet formed a complete theoretical system and significant results. And especially experts and scholars have not done research about empirical research of influential factors of safety production training effect of construction workers. Based on this, this paper expect to systematically analyze influential factors of safety production training effect of construction workers by literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis methods and so on.First, this paper mainly with the method of critical review of literatures and interview survey recognize the influential factors of safety production training effect of construction workers, and compiled influential factor questionnaire of safety production training of the construction workers and the survey questionnaire of the reaction layer and study layer of training effect, and this paper collected relevant data through the construction of Shenzhen’ migrant workers. Secondly, the collected data is analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the influential factors of the training effect are divided into six dimensions, namely, teaching faculty, leadership attention, motivation, training design, safety attitude and ability to learn, establishing influential factors of safety production training effect of construction workers. Finally, the influential factors of each dimension and the training effect has carried on the correlation analysis and regression analysis to obtain the influential factors that have significant effect on training effect, the influential factors on the influence degree of the training effect and their corresponding weights. The results show that: the teaching faculty, leadership attention, learning motivation, training design and Safety attitude have significant effect on safety production training; and the ability to learn in the correlation analysis and regression analysis were not through significance test. It is concluded that according to the influence degree sorting order from large to small is learning motivation, training design, leadership attention, teaching faculty, Safety attitude, and their corresponding weights are 0.285, 0.267, 0.165, 0.149 and 0.134. Finally, according to the influential factors that have significant effect on safety production training effect, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the effect of safety production training.Research results enrich the research results of safety production training of construction workers, provide the theoretical foundation in order to ensure the construction safety of building enterprise, and provide the safe production supervision departments and construction enterprises migrant workers for work direction to improve the effect of safety production training.
