The Study On The Influencing Factors Of Traffic Safety And The Countermeasures In Nanjing State Highway

With the development of China's economy,the traffic volume increased sharply and the traffic status enhanced significantly.For the reason that the contradiction between transportation and traffic safety is more and more obvious,the requirements for the traffic road safety facilities are increasingly urgent.The aims to pefect the road traffic facilities is to improve the safety level of road traffic.Besides,under the premise of protecting the ecological environment,it is also an initiative,economic and effective means for the comprehensive treatment on the traffic safety problems,to maximize the protection of people's lives and property safety and to reduce traffic accident mortality and serious traffic accidents.Eventually,we can create a good environment of highway to ensure the traffic safety.Therefore,through the deep investigation of the scene of the national and provincial trunk highway and taking"to eliminate hidden dangers,to cherish life "as the theme,we put the technical specifications for highway engineering standard as the basis,and consider strengthening the engineering measures as the main means.In these ways,we try our best to study and analyze the influencing factors of national and provincial trunk highway safety from road accident technical indicators and parameters of two aspects,in order to solve the security risks,and to provide valuable references for the traffic safety of national and provincial trunk highway.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors to influence national and provincial highway traffic safety,including national and provincial highway traffic accidents and the overall situation about the accidents in Nanjing.Also,I try to summarize the characteristics of highway traffic accidents in Nanjing City,including the factors from the road shape,the time that the accident occurred,the weather that the accident occurred,the accident location,the accident vehicle and safety management mode.Secondly,I put forward some solutions to improve the technology of traffic safety engineering,including four aspects:intersections,road side,town and middle band.What's more,some traffic safety management measures are also given,mainly from the traffic safety education,the traffic police security managements,the road transportation order managements,the road overrun transportation regulations and the road maintenance and renovation.Thirdly,according to the traffic safety for national and provincial trunk highway of Nanjing city selected by evaluation of traffic safety ratio method,I choose the Weighted Factor Analysis method and take the intersections,road side,town,middle band as the main evaluation index,to establish the evaluation index system of safety.Fourthly,Case Analysises.This chapter mainly takes S239 Wu Tai highway in Nanjing as an example to prove the rationality of the Weighted factor Analysis method.The main content is the evaluation paragraph from K140 to K145 in S239 Wu Tai highway,using the Weighted Factor Analysis method for safety assessment and apply the proposed solutions above for the lowest four paragraphs.At last,i would evaluate the traffic safety after the renovation.
