| Under the framework of China-CEEC cooperation(" 17+1 " cooperation),China and CEE countries enjoy broad prospects for cooperation in many areas,including international cooperation on production capacity,infrastructure development and new energy development.With the advance of international engineering business,the business model keeps developing.In recent years,"F+EPC" model has been more and more applied to international projects.At the same time,there are all kinds of risk factors,and Chinese enterprises should attach great importance to the risk management of "F+EPC" project.This paper applies the theory of risk management to study the risk management of "F+EPC" projects in the field of new energy in Central and Eastern European countries,so as to provide reference for Chinese enterprises to carry out similar projects in Central and Eastern European countries.This paper introduces the status of "F+EPC" project in the field of new energy in Central and Eastern European countries,the meaning and characteristics of "F+EPC" project,the definition of risk and risk management,and the process and methods of risk management through literature research.Through the WBS-RBS risk identification method,the risks of "F+EPC" projects in the new energy field in Central and Eastern European countries are identified and analyzed,and the risk list is established,which provides reference for Chinese enterprises to carry out "F+EPC" projects in the new energy field in Central and Eastern European countries.The risk matrix analysis method was used to evaluate the risk of "F+EPC" projects in the new energy field of Central and Eastern European countries by experts’ scoring,and the results were optimized by Borda order value method.Based on the risk level obtained by risk assessment,the paper puts forward corresponding and comprehensive coping suggestions for each risk factor in the risk list of "F+EPC" projects in the field of new energy in Central and Eastern European countries by literature analysis and expert interview.Finally,combining theory with practice,this paper takes the Hungarian photovoltaic power station project of ZJ Company as an example to identify the risks of the project,carry out risk assessment,and put forward corresponding countermeasures. |
