The development of new energy power in Central and Eastern Europe(CEE)has been very rapid in recent years, with huge potential for cooperation. Moreover, the introduction of new energy for Chinese power grid enterprises is constantly strengthening.Whether it is the trend of international cooperation along the "the Belt and Road" or the continuous demand of new energy power, power grid enterprises are urged to deploy cooperation strategies in CEE,maintain the sustainable competitiveness of power grid enterprises, create two-way maximum benefits for China and CEE markets, and trigger research on new energy cooperation paths between power grid enterprises and CEE countries. However, the development of new energy in CEE has been influenced by various factors such as national policies, game between major power and constraints of major power outside the EU.Under the current situation, the new energy cooperation in CEE is relatively insufficient so that the cooperation methods and the cooperation countries are relatively single which may cause the insufficient driving force for new energy electricity consumption to some extent, making it difficult to meet the large-scale new energy electricity demand of local industrial enterprises. This thesis believes that in recent years, the implementation of the world’s dual carbon plan,China’s "the Belt and Road" initiative and the ongoing economic recovery have all injected new forces into the development of new energy power in CEE.This thesis takes the new energy market in CEE as the research subject and explores the cooperation paths between power grid enterprises and it based on relevant theoretical researches and literature review.Firstly, the process of exploring cooperation paths will be reconstructed as a twoway evaluation of the competitive characteristics of power grid enterprises and the development of opportunities in the new energy market in CEE.PESTR’s model will be used to analyze the relevant environmental factors affecting the market in CEE.Then,a calculating scoring system will be used to quantitatively analyze the market opportunities in CEE.Based on the empirical analysis using the three-step analysis method, the iterative selection and postponement of cooperation countries will be evaluated in order to achieve the ability of grid enterprises to supplement the advantages and disadvantages with the advantages when engaging in new energy power cooperation. Finally, three paths for new energy electricity cooperation are explored and systematically optimized based on the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprise growth.Through this research,it is possible for power grid enterprises to find the correct cooperation path and renewal direction in the actual process with different market demands and their own development status and strengthen their comprehensive and sustainable competitive advantages. The research results provide practical and feasible paths for power grid enterprises to choose cooperation that is in line with the times and technology development in the CEE markets.
