| In the past 20 years,the rapid development of subway construction in China has greatly improved the travel conditions of the majority of people,but the frequent construction safety accidents make us deeply aware of the severe situation of subway construction safety at the same time.No matter the owner,the designer,the supervisor or the construction party,have carried out extensive research and issued a number of control measures on how to strengthen the safety management of subway construction,which can avoid or reduce the occurrence of accidents,so as to ensure the safety of production.However,under the current conditions,in order to better complete the increasingly onerous regulatory tasks and ensure the implementation of safety production,the managers of the construction projects should play a leading role in advance prevention and implement risk process control.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of subway construction safety risk management research at home and abroad,and points out the research direction and characteristics.Secondly,the research focuses on the risk engineering classification of metro construction and its implementation stage.Literature synthesis,quantitative and qualitative analysis are used for analysis.Finally,the research content and results are tested in practice.This paper analyzes the characteristics of subway construction safety risk,the risk process management is systematically studied,including the identifying of safety risk,the classifying,the evaluation,and the control.In this paper,the research object is the Hohhot Metro Sanjianfang entrance and exit indepth investigation and analysis of the subway construction safety risk sources,the improved LEC evaluation method is selected to evaluate and grade the risk.According to the results of risk source identification,the paper prepare special safety plan and conduct emergency drill.The paper also build a risk classification management system that meets the requirements of project construction.The monitoring,inspection and feedback system has been established to make the project safety risk management controllable.The research results of risk management make the safety risk under effective control.In practical use,no major safety accidents have occurred in the construction.Compared with general engineering projects,subway projects have more risk influencing factors and a wider range of sources,and the influencing factors of safety risk faced by subway construction are a dynamic process.Therefore,how to transfer the research of safety risk from static research to dynamic research is the main development direction in the future. |
