Urban rail transit has become the priority for solving the traffic congest problems due to its merits including freight volume,high speed,punctuality,environmental protection,energy and land conservation and so on.At present,rail transit constructions are carried out vigorously in major cities in China.Nevertheless,the rail transit project is a category of underground engineering that relates to changeable geological conditions,complicated pipeline,ground buildings with diversified types and structures,big construction difficulties,many uncertain factors,all these make it become a high-risk Engineering type.Incidents which take place one after another warn us that construction risk prevention plays a vital role in the construction of urban rail transit.Taking the construction of work area 5 of the first segment of civil engineering NN Metro Line 4 as the main research object,this paper conducts an overall and scientific analysis on the major potential risks sources among the civil engineering in metro construction and conducts risk identification through methods such as brainstorming,interviewing and causality analysis plan integrated with experts subjective assessment on the identified risks proposing that the risk prevention and control of track engineering process shall focus on 5 key processes(Man,machinery,material,method,milieu),strengthen the risk management responsibility of the risk liability enterprises especially the construction units,stick to the model selection and application of shield tunneling machine of crucial importance,strictly control the damage of shield segment,scientifically and rationally formulate special construction plans and contingency plans on major hazard sources combined with practical environmental conditions.Besides,on the basis of government functions,the supervision and administration of all participating units and third party monitoring will be reinforced by means of incentives and improvements in technical innovation and services procurement.Risks in construction process will be eliminated,reduced or transferred effectively adopting those specific but feasible means such as big data intensified information management prediction which has profound guiding significance for the risk prevention and control in underground construction of the urban mass transit system.
