Research On Construction Safety Risk Management Of DaYuan Station Of Metro Line 5

Subway has become the first choice for people to travel in China’s first tier cities,which has largely alleviated traffic jams.However,the subway project has a long construction period,complex construction technology,large project investment and many unforeseen factors.In recent years,the subway project construction safety accidents occur frequently,with great social impact,and gradually attracted the attention of risk management industry.The implementation of risk management during the construction of metro project can reduce the frequency of construction safety accidents and reduce the project cost.Based on the research background of CD Metro Line 5 Dayuan Station project,this paper implements risk management in the process of civil construction of metro project.Based on the theory of risk management,combined with the case of CD Metro Line 5 Dayuan Station project,this paper studies the application of risk management in metro project,which is divided into the following four parts:First of all,understand the research status of risk management at home and abroad,familiar with the basic theory of risk management,and build the basic procedures of civil Construction safety risk management of metro project.Secondly,by analyzing the civil construction situation of CD Metro Line 5 Dayuan Station project,the paper obtains the current situation of civil construction risk management of CD Metro Line 5 Dayuan Station project,and analyzes the causes of the risk.Thirdly,risk identification is carried out for the construction process of CD Metro Line 5Dayuan Station project.Based on the results of risk identification for construction safety of CD Metro Line 5 Dayuan Station project and the basic process of risk assessment for civil construction of metro station,the results of risk assessment for construction safety of CD Metro Line 5 Dayuan Station project are obtained by using the method of risk classification,including mechanical equipment assembly,maintenance and long-term use;deformation,damage and loss of foundation pit support system Stability,collapse,base uplift;underground pipeline and surrounding buildings cracking;natural environment risk factors are the most prominent.Finally,according to the main risk factors in the civil construction stage of CD Metro Line 5 Dayuan Station project,this paper discusses the risk response measures of metro project construction,and better applies the theory to the actual construction.
