Yanshan driving school management center,as an important road transport management organization,has played an active role in maintaining the order of vehicle driver training industry in the region,as well as reducing and preventing road traffic accidents from the source.However,due to the long-term constraints of the administrative management mode,employees’ lack of enthusiasm,sense of responsibility,low efficiency and other phenomena are increasingly intensified,which has caused serious obstacles to the realization of the organizational goal of "intelligent development,convenient and efficient".Therefore,scientific use of incentive strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of work has become an urgent problem to be solved by Yanshan driving school management center.In this paper,Yanshan driving school management center staff as the research object,first of all,its human resources and staff incentive status analysis,found that the staff incentive role is not obvious is the main reason restricting development.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper investigates the employee’s incentive satisfaction from five aspects: salary,performance appraisal,training,promotion,and spiritual motivation.Using SPSS 19.0 statistical software,the single factor variance of each dimension of incentive satisfaction is carried out according to the demographic variables such as gender,age structure,educational level,job level,working years,etc.Analysis.The results show that different groups of employees show different degrees of differences in incentive satisfaction,thus summed up the five problems of employees’ salary incentive effect is not obvious,the assessment method is unreasonable,the training is lack of effectiveness,the promotion space of employees is narrow,and the spiritual incentive is lack.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward five improvement strategies,and gives the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategies. |
