With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,it is a consensus that human resources are the most important resources of an enterprise and the fundamental source of an enterprise’s competitive advantage.This makes big changes in human resource management;it gradually shifted its management style from the traditional way which emphasis on the professionalism of staff to the new one that stress on enterprise strategy.Nevertheless,traditional human resource management is not a good match for enterprise strategy.Nowadays,managers pay more and more attention to the value of strategic human resource management,and the creation of a system that adapts to the continuous development of enterprises has become an urgent problem for enterprises.This study takes Yunnan Airport Ground Service Co.,Ltd.(YAS for short)as an example,taking human resource management and enterprise’s compatibility as the starting point,carries on the systematic research through the method of literature research,interviews,qualitative and quantitative analysis,case study and so on.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human resources in the company,and analyzes the reasons for this problem.At the same time,it seeks targeted countermeasures and suggestions for improving compatibility between human resources management and enterprise strategy.It also finds out the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the matching of the company’s human resources management and corporate strategy and finally solves the bottleneck problem of the existing strategic human resources management in YAS.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn.First,the study considers that human resources in the 21 st century is a strategic resource which constitutes the core competitiveness of a company.Human resources management gradually shifts from traditional emphasis on professional roles to strategy-based human resources management.It is very necessary to realize the matching of human resource management and enterprise strategy to enhance the competitive advantage of human capital and promote the sustainable development of enterprise strategy.Second,the government service company is in the transitionperiod from the growth stage to the mature stage.The company needs to do a good job in human resources development and management to achieve its medium-and long-term development goal,paying specially attention to human resource planning,performance appraisal,and compensation management.Third,the study considers that under different stage of enterprise’s development,the human resource management issues that are urgently needed to be solved differs.The enterprise must take advantage of strategic vision to identify the relevant factors,and continue to improve the human resources strategy in line with corporate strategy.
