| Natural ventilation is one of the most common passive ventilation methods.Open doors and windows to introduce fresh outdoor air, which can take away indoor heat and dirty air and reduce indoor temperature and humidity. Not only is it beneficial to human health, but it can also reduce building energy consumption. It is the simplest and most effective way to save energy. The indoor natural ventilation performance of high-rise residential buildings is affected by many factors(such as building height and building density, enclosure method, building surface width, building structure,etc.).Under the influence of many factors, the outdoor wind environment and indoor wind of high-rise residential buildings The environment becomes complex and diverse. In order to explore the influence of the "well corridor space" of high-rise residential buildings on indoor natural ventilation, this paper takes three typical high-rise residential "well corridor space" models in Hefei as the research object, using CFD numerical simulation combined with field measurement and questionnaire survey Research method, detailed analysis and study of the difference of indoor wind environment between winter and summer under the action of three "well corridor space" modes Use indoor wind speed, wind pressure, air age and other indicators for evaluation and analysis, comprehensively analyze the indoor natural ventilation in winter and summer, and summarize their respective advantages and disadvantages and urgent needs for optimization. In the fifth chapter, optimize the design for the problems existing in the three kinds of "well corridor space",and verify the optimization results. Then, based on the research results, the selection strategy of "well corridor space" in Hefei was summarized, and the practical application steps were obtained based on the actual project experience. Finally, the research results were tested through the application of two actual construction projects. The research has obtained the law of the influence of high-rise residential "well corridor space" on indoor natural ventilation;proposed optimization design suggestions for the current building "well corridor space" part;proposed a selection strategy for the climate characteristics of Hefei, and designed a set of preliminary Practical operation and application methods provide theoretical basis and design reference for the design practice of high-rise residential buildings in other regions. |
