At the beginning of 2020,the new coronavirus swept the world,and people began to realize the importance of natural ventilation in order to avoid cross-infection by adopting home isolation.Natural ventilation can take away the indoor dirty air so as to improve the air quality.However,at present,the non-north-south transparent intermediate apartment type widely used in high-rise buildings has disadvantages in ventilation,which is in urgent need of improvement.This paper studies the natural ventilation of the intermediate unit of high-rise residential buildings in Suqian area,focusing on the following four key issues: 1.What is the current situation of natural ventilation of high-rise residential buildings in Suqian area? Second,what are the evaluation criteria of indoor wind environment in Suqian;Problem three,how to optimize the natural ventilation of the middle unit of high-rise residential buildings;Fourth,is it feasible to put forward the optimization strategy for the natural ventilation of the middle unit of high-rise residential buildings in Suqian area?The first question was studied through field research and questionnaire survey.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS software,and the reliability coefficient and validity value of the questionnaire were 0.787 and 0.792,respectively,which showed good reliability and validity.From the measured data,it can be seen that the average indoor wind speed of the middle apartment is about 0.11m/s.The wind environment is poor,and natural ventilation needs to be strengthened.Answer the second question through literature research: analyze and summarize the evaluation criteria adopted by existing studies to determine the specific evaluation indicators adopted by natural ventilation in this paper.In order to ensure indoor comfort,indoor wind speed should not be greater than 1.5m/s;Air age was taken as the evaluation factor of indoor air quality.The ratio of indoor comfortable wind speed zone is also used as an evaluation index for different housing design schemes,that is,the ratio of the area within the indoor comfortable wind speed range of 0.25m/s-1m/s to the whole evaluation area.The larger the ratio is,the better the wind environment is.Study third question by software simulation method: First compare the simulation results of Airpak software with the measured results to verify the reliability of the software simulation.Then adopt the method of control variables,from plane to simulate floor plans and door model design suqian region senior middle door model the influence factors of natural ventilation,leading the direction of the wind in the summer of the following conclusions:(1)The indoor wind environment >(better than)is arranged in centralized counterposition between the inner patio and the back notch.There is no inner patio in the separate counterposition arrangement between the inner patio and the back notch.It is advisable to adopt 4m patio depth to obtain the best indoor wind environment.(2)The indoor wind environment of the front notch with two sides separated by the middle is better than that of the front notch with two sides separated by the middle.(3)With the increasing of the window area,the indoor air distribution has been significantly improved,and the comfort zone area has increased.When the window-wall ratio increases from 0.2 to 0.4 air age,the air quality is improved by about200 s.According to the comprehensive comparison of relevant standards,the optimal indoor ventilation effect was selected when the window-wall ratio was 0.35.(4)Casement windows can play a role in guiding airflow,and improve indoor wind speed better than lower-hung windows better than sliding windows.49% of the indoor area belongs to the comfort zone.Comprehensive consideration of the natural ventilation volume and natural ventilation uniformity can be used in the form of flat inverted window.Also through the simulation method to study the fourth question: according to the influence factors of the floor layout and three types of typical house type optimization design.After optimization,the indoor wind environment of the floor plan is significantly improved.Compared with the form without patio,the indoor average wind speed of the two houses at the bottom and left increases from 0.01m/s to 0.28m/s and0.27m/s,respectively.The air age of the three types of houses decreased obviously after optimization,and the indoor air was improved.60%,65% and 63% of A,B and C rooms belong to the comfort zone,respectively,and the ventilation efficiency of the room is improved. |
