| In early 2020,novel coronavirus epidemic that permeated the whole world made people begin to pay attention to healthy life.With the spread of the virus,the opening of indoor air conditioning may cause cross infection.People gathered together turn off the air conditioning one after another.People are more and more aware of the importance of natural ventilation,and reflect on some disadvantages of most of the existing housing types in the market.This topic is also in line with this theme,thinking about how to optimize the design of high-rise residential buildings in Guangzhou from the perspective of natural ventilation.At the beginning of new building design,natural ventilation should be given priority.The earlier natural ventilation is considered,the greater the effect on the wind environment of single building and even the whole building group.The effect of natural ventilation will directly affect the power consumption of users,so this paper analyzes the distribution of the power consumption of a residential building,analyzes and simulates the natural ventilation of the building,verifies the relationship between the two,and further puts forward feasible optimization measures of natural ventilation.The main research of this paper is as follows:By collecting the electricity meter data of each household in different months of a residential area in summer,the relationship between the electricity consumption of each household in different months and its floor and orientation is obtained:with the increase of the floor,the electricity consumption of the household gradually decreases;the house type with more electricity consumption is mainly North oriented,while the house type with less electricity consumption is mainly South oriented.Using Autodesk CFD software simulation,from the planning and design,graphic design,facade design,detail structure design and other aspects of the analysis of the role of natural ventilation of high-rise residential buildings and draw relevant conclusions:planning and design is suitable for the use of point or row layout;in the plane layout,by adjusting the location of the door and window in the house,to form an effective ventilation path;by adjusting the location of the kitchen and bathroom,to avoid the adjacent house type In the aspect of detailed structure design,plants,waterscape and extended ventilation path can be used to reduce the bottom temperature of the overhead floor,the greenhouse effect of the closed glass house can be used to increase the top temperature to strengthen the chimney effect,and the exterior wall can be transformed Window construction to meet single side ventilation,etc.Finally,taking a residential area in Guangzhou as an example,the optimized design scheme is mainly reflected in the following aspects:adjusting the tower from the south to the southeast suitable for natural ventilation,adjusting the enclosed layout to the row layout;increasing the high windows between the indoor walls and adjusting the location of the indoor doors to optimize the indoor ventilation path;opening the building portal and increasing the windows of different heights The vertical ventilation effect is optimized by choosing different positions of solar chimney in the house type;the double opening ventilation model of single wall,the fine structure of each layer of solar chimney and the model of glass house on the top,and the new Trombe combined wall model are analyzed and constructed,which makes all aspects of ventilation measures more intuitive and feasible. |
