With the increasing shortage of land resources and the rapid development of the construction industry,high-rise housing has become the main type of housing in China.The complex external wind environment of high-rise residential buildings makes people more and more use mechanical ventilation,such as air conditioning,to improve their living comfort.However,because they work and live in closed space for a long time,they not only make people feel depressed and irritable.As the main way to realize natural ventilation,outer window plays a very important role in maintaining healthy and comfortable living and living.Reasonable outer window design can reduce building energy consumption.Reducing carbon emissions will make an important contribution to sustainable development and building energy conservation.This paper focuses on the outer window design of high-rise residential buildings in Hefei and its influence on indoor natural ventilation.Firstly,the importance of "passive" energy-saving design to the sustainable development strategy of our country is analyzed.This paper investigates the outer windows of main functional space in high-rise residential buildings in Hefei area,and then summarizes 16 typical design patterns of outer windows of high-rise residential buildings in Hefei area.In order to study the relationship between different exterior window design patterns and indoor natural ventilation,PHOENICS software is used to simulate the indoor natural ventilation under 19 working conditions of 16 typical exterior window design patterns.Finally,combined with the results of numerical simulation and other relevant factors,Some suggestions on the optimization of outer window design of high-rise residential buildings are put forward.In this paper,the results of indoor natural ventilation under different exterior window design patterns are analyzed,and the characteristics and problems of indoor natural ventilation under different working conditions are summarized,and the simulation results of each working condition are compared horizontally and longitudinally.Furthermore,the general law of the influence of various exterior window design factors on indoor natural ventilation is summarized.At the end of this paper,the author summarizes the relevant regulations about the outer window design of high-rise residential building,and combines with human engineering,puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of the outer windowdesign of high-rise residence. |
