Space Efficiency Study On Indoor Space Efficiency Of Small And Mediu-sized Houses In Tianjin From The Perspective Of Healthy Living

China has a large population base and limited land resources,and housing development needs to move in a compact and efficient direction.With the development of the Healthy China Strategy,health issues have been widely concerned,and healthy housing has become the development trend of the residential industry.At present,small and medium-sized houses are the mainstream products in the real estate market.In the development process,there is only concern about the compact and compact indoor area,and the problem of habitable use of space is ignored,resulting in poor living quality.The study focuses on the compact development of small and medium-sized apartment indoor spaces from a healthy habitable perspective,combines the concept of healthy and habitable living with the study of indoor space efficiency,and explores the form of small and medium-sized indoor healthy and habitable,compact and efficient living spaces.The article summarizes the current relevant research on healthy housing,indoor habitability and indoor space efficiency,and combs the impact relationship between the concept of healthy habitability and indoor space efficiency research.Refer to the classification index on indoor health habitability conditions in the “Healthy Housing Evaluation Standard”,combine the life phenomena and problems corresponding to each index content,use the structural equation model to sort out the components of indoor health habitability,and extract and study the indoor space efficiency related elements.Taking the existing small and medium-sized apartment types in Tianjin as an example,the author enumerates a sample of 12 surveyed apartment types built from 1997 to 2016,analyzes the characteristics of the apartment types,and selects typical apartment types.Combined with the information obtained from the survey,a questionnaire method is used to understand the residents’ usage habits and needs of indoor space;using space syntax,combined with the content of relevant health and livable elements,to study the functional organization,layout and vertical space utilization efficiency of the selected indoor space.And put forward the promotion strategy corresponding to each space efficiency.Synthesize the research contents of the space efficiency strategy from different angles in the interior,and organize them into strategies to improve the overall efficiency of the interior space,and design and reform the practice.In order to provide residents with a healthy and livable,compact and efficient indoor space,it provides research ideas for the construction and development of small and medium-sized residential houses.
