Adaptive Design Research Of Small And Medium-sized Residential Interior Space In Shenyang

After the founding,the residential construction entered a stage of rapid development.China's economy presents the rise state at present stage,although GDP and per capita disposable income has increased,the trend of rising housing prices still bring big economic pressure to people.With the promulgation of the "the six countries" in 2006,small and medium-sized residential becomes the focus of the housing construction as a kind of policy guidance in our country,which is in accordance with the present situation of the society and the state of the union.As one of the super-large cities,the urbanization of Shenyang has a rapid development,the population increases rapidly and the gap between rich and poor is bigger,which bring a significant housing problem.Based on the above several social backgrounds,this paper will focus the study on the applicability of the small and medium-sized residential interior space design in Shenyang.The author used two kinds of research methods of questionnaire and interviewing,researched some old residential areas in Shenyang,the example room sales of famous real estate intermediary and leasing mediation,and issuing questionnaires to the low-income groups,at last,the author summarizes the problems existing in the residential construction in Shenyang.This paper puts forward four kinds of possible future residential types,including small space reingistic type,endowment type,leasing type,special demand type,and put forward adaptive design of each type of residential interior space through analyzing residential use current situation and existing problems of each type,respectively two aspects of narrative from the concept of "door model design" and "family interior design",and the purpose of this paper is to have some references for future residential construction.This paper is divided into five main chapters,chapter 1 is the introduction chapter,chapter 2 introduces the history and existing problems of small and medium-sized residential in Shenyang.Chapter 3 and 4 are the key text of the paper.Chapter 3 puts forward four kinds of adaptive types of small and medium-sized residential interior space,including small space reingistic type,endowment type,leasing type and special demand type,and analysis the present situation?problems and other factors of each residential type.As the keystone of this paper,the main content of chapter 4 is to respectively describe interior space design of four types of residential,each of the design method is introduced with example images or practice cases to deepen the reader's understanding.
