Study On Optimization Of Indoor Space Efficiency In Elderly Residential Buildings

China is a populous country.Based on the huge population base,China's aging population has also developed rapidly since it entered the aging society.Since 1980 the implementation of the lasted for more than 30 years of the one-child policy which our country produces the so-called"421"family structure,and with the improvement of living standards,more and more people pay attention to the quality of life and comfort level,each person has a more personalized demand.The differences in diet and lifestyle between older people and their children have led to many problems for two generations living together.Therefore,some old people will voluntarily choose to live alone.Under the realistic conditions,the traditional family pension model of children caring for the elderly cannot be realized.The proportion of elderly couples living together or the elderly living alone is large.In the irreversible natural process of old people from self-reliance to mental disability,their mentality will also change negatively.The old people have a rich life experience after the precipitation of time,and they will have strong self-esteem from the brilliant to the dull.The concept of"growing old"makes them eager to live a better life without the help of others.The rationalization of the residential area design in which can make the elderly have a comfortable,help the old man to evade risk,prolong the self-care independence in the elderly phase length,to give the elderly spiritual care and care of the body.Therefore,it is an important way to fully understand the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,to create a suitable living environment for the elderly,and to improve spatial efficiency.At present there are a lot of research on the elderly housing,including space size,style building and to discuss the communication space of old people,etc.,but old people in an indoor life is dynamic,is the need to move in different space,there is no scholar the rationalization of the layout design for the elderly housing to do in-depth research.In this paper the elderly residential interior space planning as the core,the problem of the aging society the old pension housing is discussed in this paper,a thorough understanding of the elderly physiological and psychological characteristics,dig thepotential demand of the old people through the questionnaires and auxiliary in the form of household survey and detailed understanding of the elderly day moving line,summarizes the common behavior of old people,found the old problems in the process of interior space activities,and connecting with the domestic and foreign outstanding theoretical basis and actual case,to explore the space of real is suitable for the elderly high efficiency residential space layout of the elderly.Isolated space is only a square box.Only when it is connected with other space and human behavior can it be endowed with more important functional meaning as space.This paper focuses on introducing space syntax to the elderly residential interior space efficiency optimization process,the space syntax based on topology,emphasizes the understanding of spatial configuration,the crowd in model of space activities,in order to pass the graphics and the research results of quantitative data.Space syntax theory in the application of the elderly residential interior space efficiency optimization,efficiency for the space quantization said provides the technical support,can also further explore space configuration and the relationship between human activities and on this basis to design again,the interior space to space layout more accord with human behavior^[1].Finally,the paper summarizes some Suggestions on the layout of the residential buildings for the elderly,and analyzes the main functional Spaces in detail.Finally,combined with the behavior habits of the elderly and the domestic and international experience of the elderly housing,this paper attempts to design the interior space layout design of the residential buildings for the elderly,supplemented by the verification of spatial syntax,so as to introduce more professionals to the study of the residential buildings for the elderly.
