Research On The Design Of Rural Houses In Southern Jiangsu Based On Locality

The exponential speed of information increment brings modern technology to all parts of the world,but also causes unprecedented impact and damage to the local regional culture.The loss of cultural homogeneity and tradition has spread from cities to relatively closed villages.In the context of the comprehensive promotion and development of China’s rural revitalization strategy,the remediation of rural human settlements is proceeding in a multi-pronged pilot.This article takes rural housing in southern Jiangsu as the research object,through the theoretical study of "locality",interprets the meaning of locality in the locality,presents the interpretation of the diachronic evolution of rural housing in the area based on locality Its inherent evolutionary mechanism.Furthermore,for the design of rural houses in southern Jiangsu,the local multi-dimensional design method is proposed,and the theoretical rationality is tested through practical projects.There are five parts in this article.The first chapter is an introduction.By discussing the research background,research significance and research necessity of the paper,the research object and related concepts of the paper are defined.The second chapter is the theoretical research part.Through an in-depth analysis of the development context of the locality at the same time,it determines the true meaning of the locality described in this article,which provides a theoretical basis for the local residential design method.The third chapter discusses the local evolution of rural housing in southern Jiangsu,and divides it into four periods before the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the beginning of the founding of New China,after the reform and opening up,and urban-rural coordination.Through the analysis of the status quo of rural houses in southern Jiangsu and its spatial evolution influencing factors,the mechanism of rural houses in southern Jiangsu was summarized.The fourth chapter uses the multi-dimensional theory of ground as the framework,and horizontally describes the design method of rural houses in southern Jiangsu from five aspects: site adaptation dimension,construction and construction dimension,ecological development dimension,human context dimension and time change dimension.In the vertical direction,the construction environment and place,material structure and detail,green and low technology,material and culture,tradition and modernity are explored and comparison of architectural examples is carried out.Finally,the local multi-dimensional design method of rural houses in southern Jiangsu is obtained.The fifth chapter combines the practical case of She village resettlement area project to test and verify the local design method.The full text of the thesis contains more than 82,000 words,including 92 copies,9 tables,and 1appendix.
