Research On The Form Of Rural Self-built Houses In Central Jiangsu Since The Reform And Opening Up

Based on the extensive investigation of rural self built houses in Yangzhou,Taizhou and Nantong in Central Jiangsu Province,this paper investigates 108 typical rural houses in 77 villages,focusing on the plane layout,functional space,facade form,construction system,evolution law and influencing factors of the houses,This paper makes an in-depth analysis and summary of the rural self built housing in Central Jiangsu since the reform and opening up,in order to provide scientific guidance for the construction of rural self built housing in the new period.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research basis of the paper,including the background,purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the research object,scope and content,the selection of research samples,at the same time,it analyzes the current research achievements in related fields from both domestic and foreign levels,and determines the research methods and framework.The second chapter is the general overview of the author’s on-the-spot investigation of self built houses in rural areas of Central Jiangsu Province.Starting from the macro construction background of self built houses,it introduces the geographical environment,human history and economic development of Central Jiangsu Province,combs the investigation process and results,supplemented by interviews with typical residents,and shows the living status of houses from the perspective of actual users.The third chapter focuses on the micro level of rural self built housing in the middle of Jiangsu Province.Based on a large number of field investigation data,it focuses on the analysis of the plane layout,functional space and facade form of self built housing.Firstly,it classifies the common plane types and makes a derivative subdivision of their prototypes.Then,from the three aspects of residential space,production space and ancillary space,it subdivides the composition of the specific functional space inside the house.According to the different production and life styles in different periods and the actual needs of villagers,this paper presents the specific setting mode of rural self built residential functional space in the form of module diagram since the reform and opening up,and discusses the relationship between the change of functional space and residential behavior.Then,combining with the field survey data,the paper summarizes the widely used dimension data and its proportion form of the facade,comprehensively considers the roof style,the number of floors,material decoration,form characteristics and other factors,sorts out six types of common facade style types,and finally focuses on the detailed decoration of the facade from face to point to supplement the relevant research on the facade form.The fourth chapter is the research on the construction system of rural self built housing in Central Jiangsu since the reform and opening up,focusing on the structural form,building materials and construction methods.The fifth chapter is a general summary of the rural self built housing in Central Jiangsu since the reform and opening up.From a diachronic point of view,roughly ten years is divided into four main stages to summarize the evolution and characteristics of self built housing,and explore the main driving factors behind the evolution of rural self built housing in Central Jiangsu from the external and internal levels.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the full text,summarizes the key research conclusions of the article,thinks about the existing problems of this research,and puts forward the prospect of the future research in the field of rural self built housing.The whole thesis contains about 43 000 words,73 pictures and charts.
