A Study On Featured Space Of Water Net Villages In Southern Jiangsu Province Development Strategy Under The Orientation Of Rural Renaissance

The unique natural environment and profound historical contexts of water-network region in southern Jiangsu created extremely rural characteristics space. But industrialization and urbanization cause the decline of traditional rural structure and functional. Under the guide of city thinking, the rural construction ignored the nature of country and lead to a "city disease" spread in the country. Rural space gradually lost the original characteristics. Affirmed the rural pluralistic value and the rural renaissance conception is the introspection of construction of current rural development pattern. The conception under the guide of rural development stimulated the changes of rural characteristic space. It embodied in two aspects, on the one hand, the influence of characteristic space development by the renaissance of rural civilization represented by returning to original country, on the other hand, the influence of characteristic space development by catalytic effect represented by diversified rural function.Water-network region in southern Jiangsu is the development of the rural transformation in China. This region gathered a lot of riverside towns, almost all these towns have a long history and good economic development momentum. These conditions provide the advantage of benign development in rural characteristic space. This study was oriented to renaissance and constructed a strategic framework of rural characteristic space development through the systematic analysis. On the basis of the framework, the development strategy is made in three aspects——macro, medium and micro level.The study mainly includes the following several parts:1. Analyzed the nature, connotation and five resources which affected the formation and development of rural characteristic space. Combed the evolutionary history and characteristics of water-network region in southern Jiangsu. Interpreted the social, cultural and economic relationship with the rural characteristic space development from the perspective of civilization. Systematically recognized the rural characteristics space of water-network region in southern Jiangsu.2. Constructed the strategic development framework from three aspects of the renaissance of the rural characteristic space. Including elements of concern (the main body, events and space), the breakthrough point (artistic, scientific and organic) and the four development principles.3. Come up with the development strategy of water-network region in southern Jiangsu:1). Constructed the characteristic spatial pattern in the region. As the urban and rural areas as a whole, used urban and rural non-construction land planning method priority to build natural ecological structure. Within the structure, adjusting and controlling the rural characteristic functional zones, overall planning the image of waterside towns.2). Combed generation logic of rural characteristic space, protected and expanded the rural traditional characteristic space and content of life.3). Refactoring the rural characteristic space through multiple ways such as combing daily life, supporting characteristic industry and intervening culture and art, to stimulate the diversified development.4). Implemented the benign operation of the rural characteristic space by developing the intelligence of cultivation.
